By the time we got to the stand they had ran out of Adobo (pork stew) and the Lumpia entrees. Luckily we could still have lumpia as a side item which meant we couldn't get 7 but instead 3. Cool. I ordered the Liempo (grilled pork belly) Combo with garlic rice and lumpia. It took less than 5 mins before it got to my hands so they were cranking out some food. OMG everything was delish. The liempo was grilled to perfection. Usually anything grilled needs some kinda sauce over it. This needed none of that. If I could I would just order a platter of liempo and pop them in my mouth like popcorn, very tender and juicy. The lumpia was freshly out the fryer and was hot when bitten into, very good. The garlic was a nice compliment to the liempo. I was expecting it to be real garlicky but it was subtle and pleasant. Since then I have been to their physical location a few times. I have placed an order to go at the restaurant and online. They do not offer many options for customizations on their online ordering. However there was a note section I could add a note to separate the dumpling from the meals due to a gluten allergy in my household. Each time I have picked up my order I always end up adding on one of their ube drinks! The ube ice cream is fantastic! I have not dined at the restaurant but it is cute with multiple photo worthy areas.
