I got a tattoo from Gbiz here. I was there right when they opened and they had a few appointments before me (but they where not there yet). He knocked my tattoo out fast but also pad attention to the details. I'm so happy with the way it came out. The whole staff was very friendly and joking with each other. It seems like an awesome place to work. It was also very clean and there wasn't a lot of clutter everywhere. For it being first thing in the morning the still employees had smiles. PLEASE READ IF YOU ARE GETTING PIERCED. I went to get my Tragus piercing done by Javier. I got it done but it wouldn't stop bleeding and I didn't think much of it. For a couple of days I've been feeling terrible pain where I pierced my tragus and I've gotten my tragus pierced before and it didn't hurt like this time. I go to a different piercer and it turns out Javier used a NOSE PIERCING INSTEAD OF A TRAGUS PIERCING WHICH CAUSED THE SWELLING. It was bad and now I have to put warm compressions on my ear to calm the swelling! read more

Friday the 13th was awesome, everyone was super nice, professional and understanding about how long everyone was waiting in line. The girl working the front desk was super chill, even after the fact that there was some weirdos in the store she handled the situation well and I appreciated her kicking the man out that was acting up, she did what she had to do and after reading Micaelas review I disagreed with her and felt the need to clear the situation up. When people are acting up at a private establishment you have to removal them from the scene and that's exactly what happened. I believe that Micaelas issue was more personal with the girl at the front desk and she used that as an outlet to be able to write a review on her. I get there and they had a sign INSIDE the store that said they only accept cash. Would've been nice to know beforehand. So my friend and I left to go get cash and the piercer fucking left because he said we took too long! I originally had given this place 5 stars because Javier was attentive but today I had a horrible experience. I called at around 1pm to try and mAke an appointment with Javier for baby piercings. First time around they hung up on me then tried again, I specifically asked for Javier and said it was for my 4-month old ( emphasized the age Incase I needed shot records or she was too small) they said come on in they take walk ins. I drove 45 Mins with a 4 month old baby to get her ears pierced by Javier because I THOUGHT he was great. when I get there super unprofessional guy eating hot Cheetos (entrance side of the counter didn't even realize he worked there )with some other girl I'm ready to get her ears pierced, guy walks to the back to ask Javier something then he comes back and says he can't because javier didn't have some piece for her. Okay thanks for making me drive 45 Mins with her to tell me they can't. As a new shop owner I feel like Javier should have came out and apologize instead of sending Cheeto guy back out to me. Super clean, friendly, awesome place to hang out and get your amazing tattoos done. Well today (this morning) I just wanted to give a review to the bosses girlfriend. She was so unprofessional, had the WORST ATTITUDE! And I'm sure many can voucher for that. She was rude and would make unnecessary comments. When she kicked out the guy for "cussing and talking over her" which not really any of us heard she not only screamed to get the *F*ck OUT" multiple times which is cool but it's also 5 am we have been standing in line since 11pm Thursday night, we are tired and just want our tattoos and piercings and because she has bad attitude and he told her why the bad attitude she has to go off?? Like LADY CALM DOWN! And get off your high horse! She had to make many scenes just about her and I wanted to say please no one cares about how loud you can talk or yell at customers. read more
