I recently made an appointment with Tai for a double helix. The online appointment process was simple and easy to navigate. Onto the day of the appointment, upon entering, I was greeted by her welcoming smile - a great sign! We filled out the necessary paperwork and she started prepping for the piercings. Coming into this, I have a fear of needles and I let Tai know. She was understanding about it and asked how she could make me feel more comfortable and offered options as well. I appreciate her calming nature and she made me feel safe and in trusted hands throughout the entire process. Onto the piercings, Tai explained the process step by step and in a couple of minutes, I had a double helix! She was so quick, yet gentle with the piercings that I couldn't tell she had already put both piercings in. The entire process was so pleasant and smooth that I immediately started thinking about other piercings to get from Tai. I would definitely come back again and recommend Tai to my family and friends for piercings :) Also, it has been around two weeks since and my double helix is healing nicely so far.

I came in to see Tai again for my septum and asked to be pieced at 14g n it went well! Healing is going well, nearly a month since and no problems, thanks Tai!

Found Tai on an app called Everywhere is Queer and the moment I walked in, I felt welcome. Tai is so welcoming and so kind. The entire vibe of the place is dope. I really loved my experience, and Tai answered all my questions and didn't make me feel bad when I mentioned I had a budget. I can't wait to go back and get more piercings bc I will definitely be back! Was a great experience, and Im so glad I found them. They replaced my nose stud with a hoop and pierced my eyebrow. Thank you for an awesome experience, and I love my new look!

I came here 3 weeks ago and got my arm tattoo. Finally after a year of thinking about it with Alex super cool guy , really chill and nice I was a little nervous about it but once he started, I already knew that I was gonna be in love with it also I loved the way he sketched out my tattoo with the original picture I showed. Nobody has ever hurt me more than Aya. 5 stars. All jokes aside, Aya is wonderful. She's funny, quirky, a lil crazy, and an amazing artist. I found her on IG after looking through social media for an artist near the area. Back story: I have scars from self harm and other past mistakes and I've felt super self conscious about myself and allowing someone I didn't know to see what I had done to myself. I saw Aya's work on IG and she definitely has the style I was going for so I took a shot and DMd her. I explained my situation and she made me feel super comfortable (through texts) and I took the plunge and scheduled with her. I could not be happier with the work she did for me and i know the conditions of both of my arms were not an easy task. Both of my arms are so beautiful and I have gotten soooo many compliments - I can now walk around with my arms uncovered with pride. I'm honestly sad that I wont be seeing her as much anymore but I do feel like I made a friend in the process. Thanks so much Aya!

Go here for your tattoo at your own risk. Seems like Artist manipulated Instagram profile - needlestoskin. messed up the tattoo with a ton of mistakes and zero responsibility to fix it. Owner lied about supporting and disappeared. Response to owner - what a superb lie. Touch up was done after it was healed and if it wasn't then why did your artist work on it.. You dint have time to respond to correction request but responds on Yelp within minutes. Lol. Wow! I too believe in God. You need think about lying to customers about taking care of their poorly done tattoo. Promising them to fix it and not answering insta msgs, calls. Its not even about the design, its about the artists basic mistakes. Looks like you still don't know the problem. A genuine business owner will take responsibility.

Idk she sucked tho sorry, she had a really heavy hand which is hard to believe bc my tattoos pretty much gone but idk ‍ I've been here before and have gotten a tattoo for the previous Friday the 13th and it healed beautifully.

Terrible customer service, even worse professionalism. Had an appointment scheduled only to show up and the artist won't be in for another hour. So instead of waiting I wanted to go with another artist. Once I tried to book with another artist I was told "they quoted you way too low, wtf" and that it would be a higher price than originally quoted. Not only were the people at the shop very rude but also very unprofessional. I guess you should verify MULTIPLE times that the artist will even be there for your appointment. Please also verify the price with the shop before they bait & switch you once you get there so you can spend more money. I would recommend any other shop in Riverside besides this dump. read more

Amazing experience! got my first piercing ( eyebrow) with tai and I love it! She gave me a step by step process which made the piercing 100x easier. This made me feel so safe for the side labret I got two days after! I randomly wanted to get my nipples pierced and I struggle following clear instructions so my appointment never went through online. Tai let me know she was available for walk ins same day and she got me in and out! I was nervous of course so I let her know and she encouraged questions after explaining everything she could. It was quick, certainly not painless but I go through worse for a bikini wax tbh. I will definitely be back to pursue all my piercing desires! Honestly my boobs look AMAZING. read more

I went to go get my eyebrow pierced by Tai and she did such an amazing job, i had gotten it done before by another person and it was not that good but she did amazing. I came with my sister to get my second nose piercing and she got her septum pierced. Tai was incredibly kind, fast and efficient. I was so surprised with how quickly the whole process took! The space was extremely clean and you can tell Tai knows her stuff. She told my sister and I everything we needed to know for after care. After day 3, my piercing looks and feels already healed. Tai did an excellent job on my eyebrow piercing. She got my sister and I both in on short notice with no problems. She has great bedside manner and talked me through everything she was doing. I was concerned about my eyebrow piercing possibly rejecting over time, but she was knowledgeable in facial anatomy and assured me she would not do it if she thought it wouldn't work on mine. There was no pain during the piercing and the healing process has been a breeze. Will definitely be returning to get my jewelry changed out! Thank you Tai :) read more

Got my septum pierced earlier and cannot recommend Javier enough! I'd wanted it for so long but wanted to find a professional piercer- if you're looking for the same see Javier. He made it as pleasant as possible considering it's a piercing that involves a clamp and needle! The whole process was easy and quick! There were several others before me to get pierced as well but I was there less than 30 minutes. If you're considering any kind of piercing go see Javier! The whole shop was very nice and made the whole experience so good. So happy I finally went thru with it! Thanks Javier! read more

I saw that Tai was super well-liked in these reviews so i decided to bring my business here despite the high price tags. It was impossible to call into the store when i was trying to make an appointment to get some piercings done. I called 3 times within business hours on 3 separate days at 3 separate hours, and each time was sent to a voicemail that was not even set up. I got into contact with the piercer, Tai, on instagram. She was spotty with her responses, but i gave her a pass on a missed appointment day that i was trying to book and decided to still schedule for a future date bc her reviews were good. Fast forward to my appointment today at noon... AND SHE DID NOT SHOW UP. I messaged her politely to let her know i was there, and I even waited HALF AN HOUR after my time before leaving. Maybe it was an off day, but it's super unprofessional as nobody was able to tell me where she was or apologize at all despite 2 people knowing i was waiting for her specifically for an appointment. Piercer also did not respond to me after i messaged her. No apology. Just liked my message. 8 hours later. read more

I only went to get two simple lobe piercings and my piercer Tai was AMAZING. She's really kind and doesn't rush it for a quick stab and go. She also let me check the placement myself before actually piercing. They're healing beautifully and I absolutely recommend this piercer to everyone I know. read more

Lyz aka @battsye_tattoos is my favorite she always puts everything she's got in all the pieces she's worked on with me. I'll just message her an idea and she makes it come to life in her own way. Absolutely phenomenal. I let phobya do one of the most important tattoos on me a portrait of my dad, may he rest in peace. I also gave him just an idea and he made it better than I would've ever dreamt it would be, I even got emotional at the end. Oscar has always been so sweet and you guys his work is so clean and also has given me great advice on placement every time I go in for a tattoo and never fails ! I have watched Izayuh go from an apprentice to an artist for one he has grown so much artistically and his work is absolutely breath taking. Two he is the entertainment of that shop I can't stop laughing when he's in there and I'm getting work done. In all, everyone there is absolutely amazing and I get compliments on all my work. Got pierced by Tai @teddybeartai_inc and my experience was so much better than I could've expected!! My conch piercing was something I've been waiting on getting FOREVER and I'm so glad I found Tai when I did, it really felt meant to be!!! I got my nostril pierced by Tai and it was a great experience! She was so friendly and her area is very clean. She uses titanium jewelry to make sure it's as safe as possible. I am weak when it comes to physical pain and she has a squishy for me to squeeze. We did a walk in and my sister and I both were able to get our piercings done in like 20ish minutes, which was really nice too. If I were to get another piercing, I would definitely go back to her! read more

I have followed Steadfast Tattoo in Riverside, CA for well over a year and they just continue to amaze me at the quality of the work they turn out. I'm looking to relocate and revamp my physical appearance with some additional piercing and some tattoos. I will not trust my skin to just anyone. So out of the number of shops I've looked at and talked to in California Steadfast is who's hands I'm putting my body in. All the artists are good but BattsyeTattoo & GbizTattoo are heafs and shoulders above the rest. I am a huge fan of tattooing and can tell the proper technique vs mistakes the attached photo I would have considered a tattoo of the day if he were competing on the show Ink Master. I feel any tattoo artist would benefit greatly just from being in the shop with these amazing artists. They definitely could learn alot from these talented individuals who all have there own style and gifts. I can't wait to make an appointment with Battsye at the recommendation of the owner after I told him I am a "tattoo vigin" ie this will be my 1st tattoo so that's why I've done ALOT of research. I saw this place on a friend's Instagram and decided to give it a try. I have gotten 4 face piercings here, and it has been a wonderful experience each time. On my last two visits I got my nostril done by @javierneedlezvargas and my verticle labret by @thepiercedtai. Both of them did a wonderful job. They marked out the placement, and checked to see if I was happy with the placement before getting the actual piercing. I really appreciated this. The process was simple and fast and they were incredibly polite. Today was my birthday and Tai made my day by not only giving me a wonderful piercing but being super polite and welcoming. They even wished me a happy birthday afterwards. Both piercers gave me all the information I needed and answered any questions I had. This our second time coming to steadfast and both times were great! The first time I got a tattoo by gbiz, he's an amazing artist & I love my tattoo. He took his time to make sure everything looked perfect and he said I could come in for a touch up when and if needed. I will definitely be getting more work in the future from him! Second time my fiancé got tattooed by Jax for the Friday the 13th. The tattoos are small because of the deal but they look so clean and sharp. My fiancé loves them. They are so simple yet he did them so nice, you can tell he takes pride in his work. Javie did a tragus and helix on my ear and I'm obsessed, I think I have a new addiction! I can't wait to add more. Great Service! Got my Daith pierced by Tai, who made the experience quick and easygoing. Love how Tai is honest, upfront, and informing about what is or isn't possible for you to get pierced or re pierced. The other day my Daith ring came out by accident after a month of healing and I couldn't get it back in myself. Tai was easy to contact for advice on my situation, along with having the service available to go in person. Thankfully Tai was still able to place it back in before it was too late. Extremely accommodating and diminishes any nervousness you may have. They were precise and always made sure to narrate every step of the way.
