Had a great experience at Unite and Win. Just walked in on a whim one night with my wife and didn't even realize they had already closed. But Wayne was there and happily helped me out and stayed open late. Didn't know it at the time how lucky I was to just walk in and get a tattoo from the owner and a world class American traditional tattoo artist. Coming back soon for more. The place is small but clean and friendly. Would 100% recommend.

Wayne did an amazing job - not just with the tattoo but in the time leading up to the tattoo. He is very knowledgeable, thinks about placement (what works where/how tattoos might look together), and what the tattoo will look like in 10-20 years. More, he is willing to talk about his art and explain what he's learned. So whether it's your first tattoo and or your tenth, you can go in knowing what's going on and why. He's great to chat with, so the time just flies by. As for the tattoo, the pictures speak for themselves - great work. Highly recommend! Thanks, Wayne!

I've gotten many tattoos with Wayne for years now and tonight's tattoo is definitely one of my favorites. He has so much patience and is genuine about you leaving happy. We came by during the Friday the 13th and it was packed! But fortunately we got our tats! I don't remember the guy who tattooed me but I do remember how he looked like. He had cool braids and glasses! I showed him the tattoo I wanted and he did such an amazing job. The healing process was good too! This is a month healed. I will definitely be coming back for more.

From the first phone call to getting the actual tattoo, wayne has made me feel welcomed in his shop. He's a very humble person and so is his coworkers that work there. He's very professional. First off, I've been tattooed by Wayne in Boston and it was such a good experience! So many laughs and such a good experience! What could be better than having an A+ experience and getting to leave with a great tattoo!? I don't want to put Wayne on a pedestal or give anyone unrealistic expectations, but the man makes a good tattoo. The lines are in there, the black is in there, and the color is in there. Thats why I decided to make the 3 hour round trip from LA while I'm out here visiting. I got 2 tattoos from Wayne this trip and I'm so happy with them. I just walked in and he was able to take me, which I think should be noted because many shops have done away with accepting walk-ins, but they're a true testament to the tattooers skill and love for their craft. I looked around the shop at all the flash and we talked about ideas and placements. Once we agreed on where, Wayne suggested he draw some of the ideas we discussed right on me to see what looked best. After a few sketches I looked in the mirror and without hesitation knew those were the tattoos I was meant to have in those spots. I was in and out in no time flat and still recieved the care and conversation I've become accustomed to from my last tattoo with Wayne. The shop is so beautiful inside and out! You can tell every inch of that place was really thought out and a labor of love. The walls are SLAMMED with flash, most of it hand painted by the staff, and every tattooer in there is a hitter! I wish I was around longer so I could snag pieces from the whole crew! All in all, If you're anywhere near Unite and Win I highly suggest you make the pilgrimage. You may show up a stranger, but You'll leave a friend.

10/10 tattoo shop. My artist was Wayne, the owner, and I can start by saying he is truly AMAZING. As a 20yr old woman, on my own in an environment mostly surrounded by men, I was relieved to feel completely safe here. I began browsing Instagram for a new artist about 2 years ago when I came across his work, immediately I was attracted to his page. Initially I asked for a random art piece with minimal instructions, giving Wayne complete creativity with my tattoo, and he exceeded my expectations. I chose my design upon arrival and didn't hesitate because really all the options he created were to die for! I am 100% in love with this new piece, my most complimented tattoo by strangers as well. Colors are still as vibrant now 3 months later as they were the day I received the tattoo. I appreciate the hard work and dedication I see here at Unite & Win Tattoo. Highly recommend this shop to all my friends and family. Coming in for another next month!

All I have to say is wow. Unite and Win Tattoo really blew me away. As soon as you walk in you see walls covered in tremendous flash. It really captures the spirit of American Traditional. Everyone in there was extremely welcoming, witty, knowledgeable, and funny. I made an appointment with Anthony Torok (@aptattooer) after finding his work on Instagram. It was easy to contact him and he was super open for all my questions. He was able to fit me in same day and even accommodate for my lateness (sorry man!) Anthony really made me feel as comfortable as possible and it was great to hear about his passion, knowledge, and love for the art. Lines are beautiful and the coloring on my piece just made me smile. No lie, when I saw the finished product, I fell in love with it and knew it belonged on me. Great tattoo shop! As simple as it gets clean, crisp and stickerlike tattoos. American traditional is probably the main focus here but they do other styles. All the artists are great and have their own little twists to make the tats their own. Don't let the small building fool you into thinking it's not a great street shop. You don't need large amounts of Square footage to bang out some quality tattoos

Went here two years ago and my tattoo looks the exact same from when I got it. Shawn did my tattoo and did amazing. I've gotten tattoos where it hurts but he has a steady hand and did phenomenal. Would highly recommend this place. read more

The owner Wayne is definitely a condescending artist who will do everything he can to make your tattoo his. From talking down to you as soon as you tell him what you want to him essentially saying what you want is stupid and to go with whatever he wants to put on you. Go there if you want his vision and not yours. read more

The crew at Unite and Win are incredible at their craft. I've gotten tattooed by Wayne 3 times, and there was never a time that I've felt uncomfortable. They are always cordial and welcoming as soon as you enter the shop. When all the artists joke around, they let you in on their inside jokes so you do not feel alienated from the conversation. I cannot recommend this shop enough. read more

I don't usually leave reviews but my interaction with the owner Wayne was so disappointing I had to, and just knowing with one extra bad review for his business might save one or two people from booking at this place or with him brings me great pleasure. I can definitely back up the other two 1 star reviews on this business. The owner Wayne is very rude and not easy to work with and loves to talk down on people like he's not just a mid tattoo artist. If I can give anyone any advice looking to get a tattoo from this place. Don't do it, save your money and dignity for someone who will appreciate your time. If your reading this Wayne hope you can use this opportunity to fix your attitude and treat people with a little more respect read more

I have quite a few tattoos from Wayne and will continue to go to him. He makes sure you feel comfortable at the shop and is very easy going. His lines are precise and the color in your tattoos with stand the test of time. The shop is very clean. Everyone's set up at the shop is very clean and organized. 10/10 would recommend! read more

This our go to shop! This shop is very welcoming and the artist work with you to get an amazing tattoo. If you can't decide what you want, there is plenty of art on the wall to choose from (what I did). Wayne is super friendly and honest. You get what you pay for! I have gotten tattoos by Wayne before and it healed nicely and by far one of my favorites. My newest addition by Wayne also came out sweet! read more

This is a great tattoo shop with an awesome atmosphere and an amazing artist named Wayne who gave me my best tattoo yet. Unite and Win Tattoo is the best place to go to get a tattoo. The atmosphere of the shop is so friendly and professional they will make you feel right at home. Any of the artists there are going to give you an amazing tattoo, they are all heavy hitters. The owner Wayne is hands down one of the best guys to just sit and have a conversation with. If he's not giving you an amazing tattoo, he will have some of the best and fun conversations with you ever. The artist I always use is Anthony Torok, he does amazing work!! He has done all but one of my tattoos, and every single one has exceeded my expectations. His artwork literally speaks for itself, and I will always go to Anthony to get my tattoos. I came in looking to get a hand tattoo, instead got belittled in front of everyone in the shop. (Tattoo artists, customers, my gf.) and a 20 minute lecture about why it's bad and he told me his life story of how he tattooed something dumb on his forehead years ago and got an avocado on his hand. Could've just said no you don't do hand tattoos for people not covered head to toe in tattoos, saved me 10 mins of my life. You may regret your avocado hand tattoo but talk to some counselor about that. Def don't recommend. Can only get the tattoos they approve of. Disappointing. read more

Awesome tattoo shop. At first I went in for a hand tattoo but was given helpful advice on why I shouldn't get one there first, and to start in another area (it shows that the artist cares about their work). Everyone working there was great, made it feel like a cool hang and was an easy going atmosphere. I decided to book an appointment with Anthony Torok after viewing his portfolio and hearing nothing but positive feedback about him. Not only is he talented in color but he also does an amazing job with black and grey tattoos as well. He has been working on fixing/completing my colored sleeve (another artist started) and I couldn't be any happier with the way it has been coming together. I am finally feeling so confident with the pieces I have on my arm! Anthony is a very sanitary and friendly artist--he works super fast and has very clean lines. Established in 2020.

Theres been Tattooing in this building for over 30 years. So although we are the new shop in town there's lots of history in this little building and we are excited for the future. This shop is something really special to us and we really hope to get to share it with you during your next tattoo.

Meet the Business Owner: Wayne F.

Wayne Fredrickson is from Riverside and actually got his first tattoo on his 18th birthday in this shop. He's been tattooing over 10 years since and has tattooed all across our country and around the world and is excited to bring his experience back to his home town.
