He did a fantastic job with that so I then hired him again for our kitchen remodel. Daniel handled the cabinet install, plumbing, and tile install himself. He recommended and arranged the electrician and the drywall/painter: I paid those folks directly but he clearly has great working relationships with them- everybody showed up when needed. Daniel is a dedicated craftsman- he has a terrific attention to detail. He cares to do things right and not cut corners. He always let me know when he expected to arrive each morning and left the job site as clean as could be at the end of each work day. I plan to have him back to remodel our guest bathroom. Just FYI, I'm not related to him or have any vested interest in this- he's just a great person to work with.

Our contractor recommended that we visit this showroom for our countertops. We arrived and were immediately greeted and handed off to a saleswoman who had no interest in helping us at all. She immediately sized us up by asking what size counter we were looking for, what material, and did we have a contractor. When it was determined we only needed a half slab for our project, she flatly told us they only sold full slabs and the most effort she exerted into our entire interaction was to show us colors on a website. Since we made the trip, we decided to have a look around and five stars for their show room which is expansive and has everything displayed orderly to help you make sense of it all. Upon perusing their countertop warehouse, we stumbled upon racks and racks of what do you know...remnants they sell! Even though the showroom is great, we won't be returning unless it's so we can say to this woman, "You made a big mistake, lady. BIG."

We had a great experience here at The Tile Outlet!…read more We were looking to redo a walk-in shower in our main bath. The old shower was typical builder grade materials that had not aged well over 14 years, yet the remainder of the bathroom was still in fine shape. Our biggest concern was that contractors would only want to take on a large job (i.e. the whole bathroom) instead of our focused upgrade. We checked numerous other local tile and design shops including the big box stores and just didn't get a great vibe from any of them until we went to The Tile Outlet. We had a pretty specific color/design in mind so didn't need a lot of hand holding, and Rae and Jenna were very helpful from the start in steering us towards what fit our ideas. We ultimately settled on 12x24" tiles for the shower wall, 2x2" mosaics for the floor and shampoo niche, as well as new hardware and glass shower enclosure. We had also decided our shower enclosure would be changing from a dated round glass edge to a straight corner which would necessitate some minor shower footprint changes. We ordered all of our material and it was delivered within a week. Best of all, we discovered that although The Tile Outlet does not have its own installers, it does work with a core group of several contractors and could make a recommendation. We were referred to Alberto Carbajal and could not have been happier. He was super responsive with all communications and provided an upfront estimate for the installation (plus additional supplies as needed). In the end, he and his crew finished the shower in just 7 full work days. They were super neat and respectful to the rest of our home and kept the disruption to a minimum. We are so impressed with the finished product, especially the craftsmanship at all the seams with the tile edge trim which gave it a neat, modern feel. We would not hesitate to use The Tile Outlet again or refer friends and family!

The best part of the experience was the install and the install team. Manny and his crew absolutely crushed it. We had an issue with an unlevel floor, and they took the time to add self-leveling compound to fix the problem the right way. We also have a ridiculous amount of stairs -- 34 total -- that were previously covered in carpet, and they now look amazing. Manny and his team were excellent from start to finish. Highly recommend.
