It's clean, laid-back, has four barber chairs, and I've never really had to wait very long to get a cut. MG and the barber by the rear door seem like the veterans of the shop, but I've also seen the two guys on the opposite side putting out solid cuts. Everybody seems to do good work. Prices are pretty much what you'd expect from a good barbershop in LA County: around $40 for a haircut and $50 if you're getting the beard done too. Fair price for the quality and consistency. At this point, my youngest son and I come here routinely. Good cuts, good people, good atmosphere, and no unnecessary BS. That's exactly what I want from a neighborhood barbershop. He set up an appointment for me with him to personally take care of the issue I had the last time I was there. After he completed my flat top and made sure it was to liking. He offered me a full refund from the first time I came in I declined his offer but excepted the free hair cut. There should be more business owners like James that truly care about his clients.
