This place was clean and very nice but there was not one welcoming person. Everyone was serious did not as much as make you feel welcome. They almost looked upset when we walked in. The lady barber was a bit offish I would say a bit rude. Even if they do a good job it seems to me their attitude for me is a definite no return. Maybe they just need their regulars . Lupe has been cutting my son's hair since he was 3years old and he'll be turning 12 the year! What keeps us as loyal clients is Lupe's positive vibe. She always makes sure we are happy with her work and will fix anything if we need her to - like go a little shorter on the top, etc. My husband also came in to see her for a cut and shave. He said it was the best he has ever gotten and was so relaxed with the treatment she does. We use an app to book our appointments which makes it so easy to get on her calendar. I've been taking my autistic son with Lupe since he was 5 and he is now 12. She recently opened her shop (which we are proud of) but most importantly we are happy to follow her anywhere because she has built such a beautiful relationship with my son. She has helped my son with getting comfortable with the tools and in tolerating haircuts. I never thought he'd have a usual go to haircut, but she made it possible. Before her, I had to cut his hair because I couldn't find someone with patience and understanding of his disability. Her barbershop is clean, aesthetic, and she makes you feel at home.
