Great barber shop! There is plenty of parking outside the facility. The shop is clean and has a bunch of TVs. The barbers are all welcoming and fun. I got a low fade done by Andres and I love it! 35 dollars for a haircut nowadays is a bargain! Will definitely be returning. read more

The interior aesthetic looks super cool although I can't pin it to one specific style. And being able to make appointments through the website makes it really easy to see when each barber is available, and be able to pay in advance. I go to Andres and when I show him my inspiration he gives me exactly what I was looking for. The staff is also really nice, they greet you as soon as you come in, and hearing the banter between the barbers is pretty funny and makes you feel part of the group. It's my first time at Mcfly's. I arrived before they opened at 8:30. It's the only barbershop I found that opened this early, which also drew me to visit. I was surprised that there was a client being serviced even earlier! My fault was not getting an appointment. A lot of people came in as soon as they opened. Marty had a 9am opening. I didn't mind the forty minute wait. I liked the vibe. It flew by since I met Joey, who is a fellow Dodger and sports fan. Marty listened to how I wanted my haircut and executed it perfectly. 1st visit on a Friday morning, barber was Andrés. If I'm not mistaken he told me he had been working there for a certain amount of weeks, which kind of scared me because I thought he may be a new barber. We'll, I don't know if Andrés is a new barber or not, but he sure seems like he's been cutting hair for decades. This guy can do medium/high close fades and hard parts like a pro, which he is. I get my haircut on a weekly basis and is crucial on who becomes my designated barber. When you find that right barber you tend to establish a relationship and become loyal to them. Marty is my barber and is the best at her profession. She pays attention to detail and always makes me feel confident that my haircut will be done right. Called in, said there was 1 person waiting and should be seen within a few minutes. I drove over, waited 50 minutes, and ended up leaving without a haircut. Like a few others have mentioned, they seem to prioritize supposed "appointments" (which clearly are friends or people they are cool with) over walk-in's which in turn results in a very long wait time. I know for a fact that if I continued to wait like a jack ass with my thump up my ass sitting on a very uncomfortable bench, my total wait time would have been an hour and a half or even more. Just glad I was smart enough to leave without spending my hard earned dollars here. If this theory of prioritizing friends over walk in's is wrong, then at the very least how about you just be upfront with the customer and inform them that there are several appointments already booked with each barber and the wait time will be a while. Marty, Gabe, René, DY & Z are all great barbers and can do anything & everything you just gotta let them know and they got you covered!! The price for a haircut here(15) is worth it because you get the most funny and patient barbers who are willing to make you look like a 10 before you step outside the door. I just started coming to this barbershop after being unhappy with my old barber. It was recommended to me to try this place. The first time, I walked in and Anthony took care of me. He is a true genius with his clippers and sheer work. He asked what I wanted done. He is proffesional and courteous. The second time I made appointed and he is on time and I really like that. The usual Wednesday crew is Marty, Gabe, Renee and Anthony. I've sat in all of the chairs at least once and trust each and every barber with my haircut.
