Marty, the owner, has been cutting my hair every week for the past 4 years. When i was in the military, she made sure my cut was to standard. And now, she makes sure it's as fashionably fresh as can be. Whether i schedule an appointment or walk in last minute, she manages to take care of me and assures i leave 101% satisfied. She keeps up with my versatility, the prices are beyond reasonable, and the service is amazingly consistent. Stop looking and stop by this shop . read more

I went in to get haircut today, and I guess the new barber there dunno her name but with tattoos and stuff. She didnt really try her best to cut my hair. It's more like half assed. Disappointed and now I'm bald. read more

I've been getting my cuts with Marty for over 7 years and honestly never once been unsatisfied with how my cut came out.. she always takes her time and makes sure it's perfect.. I've seen Rene and the other 2 guys get down to and they all look like they know what there doing if Marty is ever to busy I wouldn't hesitate to get a cut from anyone in her crew.. read more

Shoutout to the last chair on the left. Changing the channel on the tv, checking his phone, talking to people rather than focus on my haircut. This was my second time here. The first time he did solid, but this second time he rushed the hell out of my cut to make sure he took care of his appointment that was after me. @Marty McFly if you allow that barber to give crooked line ups and represent your brand.. goodluck with that. The messed up part is how I told him that it was crooked and he insisted that it wasn't lol. I don't know how you can mess up an easy 2, fade, and line up. I payed $13 to get my hair messed up and now have to go to another spot to get it fixed. Thank you man, I appreciate you for for wasting my time and money. read more

I have been going to this shop since it opened. Marty the owner and barber of the shop has been my barber for about 2 years. I previously had gone to another shop for over 15 years, but when Marty opened up her own shop I went along with her. She is great! the barbers are great! The shop is very chill. You will not be disappointed. read more

Not many places know how to give a clean head shave and/or a flawless line up on a beard, So, if you're like me, then Mcfly's is your spot! Although they accept walk-ins, I recommend making an appointment if you have a chance, they're popular in demand. The whole crew is skilled and all have radiant personalities, they're funny as heck, you'll always leave there with a clean fresh cut and a smile for sure. Oh! And btw, they always have the tv/tube on and it's always something new, interesting and entertaining. So if u need a fresh do' come see Gabe, Rene, Anthony, Lulu, Zee and or The infamous Marty! They are all Big Chuy approved! (Just remember i treat my line ups like my tattoos, because you get what you pay for and these guys will definitely take care of you) read more

Marty has been cutting my boys hair for the last 10 years. She's hands down the best barber around! My boys look forward to their visit with Marty. She's super friendly and always makes them feel like family. read more

95 percent of the time I go to Marty but I have got it cut twice by two of her other barbers and they've done a great job on my hair. Highly recommend coming here read more

My barber was out of town & this shop was the closest from my house & I made a mistake coming here. My haircut came out like a lawnmower went through my hair. The sides aren't even, felt rushed, & lots of use of profanity with kids around. Felt very unprofessional but the price was good at around $15 a cut. Wouldn't recommend this place read more

My dad (Bert) has been a client of Marty's for over 4 years now. He doesn't know how to use Yelp but insisted I write this review for him. Marty is very professional and she's an awesome barber. We highly recommend McFly's for a fresh cut & great service. You won't be disappointed. read more

Been getting cut by Marty for awhile now even when she was at the other spot which will remain nameless. She's a solid barber and gives great attention to her customers. The shop is a strong reflection of her with a large clean area, the awesome logo burned into the concrete, movies on the TV screens and comics on the walls. Parking can be a bit of a challenge, so go park at Wendy's and its a short walk. Great tapers and fades that only the best barbers can truly give. She has a couple more barbers on staff now and by the looks of it, they give the same amount of customer service and detail that she does. Reflecting her great leadership as an owner. Check out the pics already on here and you can see the quality of cut they do there. If you want Marty in particular you'll almost always have to make an appointment. But again all the barbers there seem very competent and skilled and I wouldn't have a problem sitting with any one of them. My family all goes here now, including brothers, cousins and nephews. Definitely one of the best barbers and barbershops in all of the South Bay! read more

Two amazing haircuts from my boy Rocky!! He gives us great cuts and great service every time. I've been going to him directly for cuts for the last year or so now and I will continue to utilize his services for as long as he continues to cut hair. McFlys is a low key gem with plenty of seating and a chill vibe for the family. No raucous noise, just a nice chill spot to bring the family to get work done to their hair. My son loves the place and Rocky always takes his time making sure our hair is perfect to our liking. Also new there is Manny and he cuts for my family as well. Dude can fade and do lines like I've never seen before so make sure to look for these guys as well as the owner to get work done. read more

You can't go wrong at McFly's! I've had the absolute pleasure of getting my hair cut by Zee and Gabriel, both awesome people with lots of talent. Super comfortable atmosphere at awesome prices. This is hands down the best shop I've been to in 24 years. Great job! read more

Best cuts in town by far. New lobby is off the hook. Pool table too, arcade for kids, at the barbershop. Don't get much better then that.

Great fade. Chill but professional vibe. Pool table and video games while you wait. I liked my haircut and would definitely go back to McFly's read more

I hardly ever take my son to get a haircut. I try to extend the trip as far as possible. One because an 8 year old gets bored easily and second they don't like to wait. And the best excuse is because there isn't any WIFI. So I brought him to Marty (Barbershop owner) I couldn't have chosen a better place to take him to get a haircut. He had the most interested conversation with Marty about everything. It was too cute. Thanks for making our visit pleasant. read more

We've been looking for a good barbershop for kids for a while now. Glad we found this place! The place looks clean, the staff were nice, loved the comic book themed designs, and prices are pretty cheap compared to others. The only thing is that, this place is pretty hard to find at first because it's a bit hidden. They would probably have more customers if they were a bit out in the open where people could see them. This is going to be our go to barbershop now from now on. read more

I've been coming to McFly's for two years now and I can't imagine going anywhere else. I live in San Gabriel but I work in Torrance so I make my way to McFlys after work during the weekdays. Sometimes, I make my way down to the South Bay on a Saturday. My go to barber is Renee but I've seen the work of the others and I can confidently say I'm impressed with their work and I won't hesitate to get my mid to high fade pompadour cut from anybody else in the shop. Renee is super talented as an artist. You can see some of his art work posted around the shop. You can ask him and he'll show you designs he's done on someone's head. I feel like I'm in good hands when he cuts me up. The dynamic they all have is great too. Always cracking jokes, always have an interesting show on, and I've even been there when the owner, Marty, surprised one of her employees with a birthday cake. Definitely got that family feel. I highly recommend this shop. It's $18 for a cut plus $2 if you make an appointment. Very reasonably price as prices now for a haircut is $25+. read more

VERY DISAPPOINTED with the guy on the second last chair on the left...Took my 7 year old son and EVEN showed this guy a picture of what I wanted. As soon as he started cutting his hair, he went really but really short I even told him not to mess with the top part and yet he still cut it unevenly and super short . As he finished, his haircut wasn't even anything close to the picture that I had showed him, it was HORRIBLE. He even had the damned audacity to LIE and say that the picture wasn't clear enough for him to see it. Is he for reals? Why didnt he said so when he first saw it? When you start a haircut, isn't it logical to start low, then progressively go higher if I want it? Not start high, because you can't go back. Just a terrible, terrible haircut. Never coming back here again. If you want to pay for them to fu@#$ up your son's hair, this is the place. @Marty McFly if you allow that barber to give f@#$ up haircuts and represent your brand.. goodluck with that. The messed up part is how I told him that he had messed up and he insisted that he didn't. read more

A couple of weeks late on this post , but just wanted to stop by and say this place is pretty great. From the moment you walk in you could feel the friendly environment. I came in to this shop because I seen that it had great reviews, well it was the complete opposite!! I asked for a specific cut and they gave me the opposite .. Let's just say from a 1-10 I will give a 4 and that's cause they were polite ..... Will not be back anytime soon! read more
