Ask for a medium razor fade and this is what I got. I can't go here if they give me haircut likes this. I wouldn't go back anymore because I pay money for a haircut that I don't want and I feel ashamed to not wear a hat

I have a barber I normally go to. However today they were closed. I was desperately looking for a new barber in Wilmington, I'm very picky when it comes to my haircuts, that's why my barber has been cutting my hair for the past 3 years. So I came upon this barber shop. I saw so many great reviews and decided to make an appointment. I called and Diego answer, off the bat he was very friendly and made me feel welcomed. As soon as I get there, everyone was sooooo friendly, and welcome. End of story..... I found a new barber shop and barber to go to! Amazing customer service! I had a really bad experience in this barber shop, the guy that was cutting my 2 year old sons hair was super unprofessional. He was so inpatient, really rude, plus he answered a phone call while cutting my baby's hair, a 2 year old ! The guy saw that my son was moving a lot but he still decided to be on the phone while cutting his hair, he could have cut my son. That's not all, while he was on the phone he was talking crap in Spanish about my son. He could had told me that he didn't cut baby's hair.i wish I knew his name. Oh plus he gave up on finishing my sons hair cut! He was like I'm not done but he's not going to let me finish sooo I'm done. Like okay.......... read more

I've been coming here for a few years now and Chelo always hooks it up. She also does an amazing job on my two boys. If I set an appointment, she's ready for us when we get there. (I've had bad experiences at other shops where we wait 20-30 minutes even if we have an appointment. And no one wants to do that with kids.) Everyone at the shop is extremely nice and make us feel welcome. Personal yet professional at the same time. Im glad I found this shop. read more

Little hole in the wall barbershop, love the price and friendly environment. All the barbers are welcoming and friendly. I would recommend this shop to anyone looking for a quick and reasonable priced haircut. You don't have to wait hours upon hours for a haircut. read more

Lucio is amazing. He has been cutting my hair for almost 20 years now. He now cuts my boys hair. What other place can you get a great haircut for $14 now a days....nowhere! Just make sure to call and make an appt because they can get busy. read more

I asked for a medium skin fade with an inch chopped off at the top. This man proceeds to shave my hair into a BUZZ CUT. At that point, I was too traumatized to throw a fit ON VALENTINE'S DAY. I'm pretty sure the other barber, Kylie, could see I wasn't feeling so hot about this cut. Unfortunately, it was too late for me to try to salvage the cut into something I wanted, so I will just try to live with this buzz cut because at least I'm still not ugly. I've attached a photo of the cut I usually get. Communicate with your stylist and show them pictures of what you want, over and over just so that you're on the same page. Be more vocal when they're not doing what you want. I really wish that I was honest about how much I hated this haircut that ruined Valentine's Day for me. Lesson learned. I'm never getting a haircut from Ray (think that's his name) again.
