After getting a haircut somewhere else. I asked for a low fade and got a WTF did you do to my head! I made a appointment with The Fade Parlor. My barber was Charles. I showed and explained wut happend with my haircut before him. Charles was very understanding and was able to fix the prior haircut. This is a clean and professional establishment. They can cut. Don't book an appointment and expect to get in your seat on time. Showed up 5 minutes before my appointment at 12:30, the barber puts someone in the chair. Takes almost an hour to cut his hair. I go to take my seat at about 1:20 and he puts someone in the chair that showed up after me and says he's backed up. The guy didn't show up until 1p. Thought I found a spot to get a quality cut that respects people's time but apparently that's not a priority when their boys show up rocking a Michelada in hand. I don't complain but as a business man I understand the importance of dealing with someone's time. Disappointing. They can cut though. Went in for a pretty simple cut, just wanted the sides faded up. Guy in the second chair picked me. Didn't introduce himself so idk what his name was. Wasn't friendly. Do not expect any Customer service if you aren't a regular. Fast forward to the cut, it was so disappointing. Awful actually. My line up makes zero sense. Each sideburn is different. I didn't give him a 1 Star because he did my beard perfectly. He even forgot to cut my mustache. If you go I wouldn't recommend going to him. read more

Came with my bro to get his hair cut for his appointment at 12:30 with Marco. We show up 10 minutes early trying as a good customer and Marco took an hour to cut the guy in the chair. 1:20 comes around and he finally finishes then puts his buddy in the seat who didn't have an appointment before my brother. I just moved to the area so I figured I would try this place out as my old barber is over an hour away and I was short on time. Overall the barber was a cool guy but the cut was sub-par. Asked for a taper and ended up with a fade, and to top it off blending was below average. My biggest frustration was I already have a pre-existing hard part, and to add I get a hair cut every other Friday, so it's pretty evident where my hard part is right? The barber decided to start a new hard part so now I have a strip of hair on the side of my head with to shaved parts on each side. You never face a mirror so there is so way to see what's going on. Looking at it now, it's humorous and a good joke with friends but a complete failure on the barbers end. Tiny was highly recommended, so I took my son to get a haircut but I was very disappointed. We waited for over an hour and while we waited, I heard him speak poorly about clients. I found this to be very unprofessional. Also, When I introduced myself he said there was only one person before us, but yet he took two people before us. It appeared as if someone called him and he squeezed him in. My impression is, unless you know this barber, he doesn't make you a priority, the problem with that he is eliminating new business for this establishment. It's always precise. He knows how to cut all types of hair, my son has tight coil hair. Impeccable service every time. The owner doesn't spare a second as he sweeps up between cuts. New job in the are makes it difficult for me to travel all the way to my usual barber, so I decided to give The Fade Parlor a shot. Made an appointment in the morning for midday during my lunch time, and Charles took care of my haircut with in my lunch time.
