When I got there, I was welcomed by the owner of the business, Luis Santos. Luis was very knowledgeable and his exceptional customer service made the entire experience extremely easy and fast. He was able to diagnosed the problem and provided a reasonable quote on the spot. The next day, they called saying that the phone wasn't working and that something else was wrong. WHAT??? I couldn't believe what I was hearing after they had assured me that it would be okay. When I went in to pick it up, they gave me a long spiel about how once the battery is out, other problems may show up. In the end, I had to buy a new phone and let them know that I was, at best, disappointed with their service.
