Would NEVER recommend this place !! The guy with the curly mustache originally told me it was going…read moreto cost a total of $220 to fix the screen on my google pixel 9 pro xl phone . He told me to leave a $70 dollar deposit and an extra 20 for an overnight service fee to get it done faster , I then agreed because I desperately needed my phone fixed . By this time I have repeatedly mention the model of the phone like five times ! The guy even took a picture with his phone of my damaged phone to confirm the model !! He then repeated to me , "yes it's the google pixel 9pro xl " The next day he calls me to bring phone in because the screen has arrived , nearly 30 min later he called me again to say the screen I ordered was the wrong one !! When he is the one that ordered it so I was a little upset to hear that he had messed up the order but I tried to be level headed and understanding until he tried to blame me for writing the wrong model BUT he is the one who filled out the receipt ‍ he then proceeded to tell me he had to charge me $70 more dollars for the correct screen and I asked him if he was going to add that to the original price of 220 because he messed up the order . You would think a business would take accountability and have a back up plan for something like this because accidents happen . He told me no that it was going to be 270. So I was pretty upset and ask him if I can just have my money back and the phone back . Then he proceeded to say no because he paid for the shipping and I told him "you are a business, can't you return it and get your money back? "and he said yes ! So then I asked for him to give me the phone and my money . He then said that because he took the screen off it's going to be 125 to get my phone back !! So he didn't realize before taking the phone apart , that the screen he ordered was significantly smaller than the phone sounds like some bullshit to me . I ended up taking my phone and leaving !! I went somewhere else to fix my screen and they fixed it literally within five min in front of my face and he said the guy who worked on my phone had no idea what he was doing because he broke the screen even more . Crazy that he tried to charge me for taking the screen off and he didn't even know what he was doing !! Terrible TERRIBLE place . I would recommend the Tyler mall in Riverside much nicer people and professional.

C-Tech has INCREDIBLY affordable pricing and wonderful customer service…read more Came in for an iPhone 7 battery kit so I could replace the battery myself... on my birthday. Uthur asked me "are you sure? We can replace it for you". To which cocky me was like "Nah I'll be fine ". Cut to 3 hours later: Oof did I mess up my phone pretty badly while doing so. I managed to not only strip the head of two 3 point screws, but also break the front screen ribbon cable and pierce a hole into the old lithium ion battery (luckily no one got injured ) while trying to get an aluminum cover plate off the battery connection. It was at this point I realized, I do not have the delicate touch required for phone screws . I came back to Uthur about an hour before closing time at 7PM. He graciously fixed up my phone and had it up and running in 15 mins. These guys know what they're doing and are extremely professional, affordable, and have wonderful service. Try them out, you won't regret it.

Then suddenly acted like it was the first time he is seeing it. When I told them the dent was there, he then flipped it and said "people drop it all the time without realizing, like when they are sleeping" How dense...they said I would have to pay again. Other people are saying this place is a scam and it's true. I usually let things be but they lied to my face and accused me of lying. Look if I dropped it again that's on me and I would pay again for my mistake but I didn't drop it and they will do this to the next person so I will be reporting to department of consumers. WARNING: DO NOT take your devices here!…read more I brought my iPhone 15 Pro Max in with minor water damage after a trip. I told them upfront about the issue and clearly said that if it couldn't be fixed, I'd just go through insurance. The staff promised they could repair it and quoted me around $300, so I trusted them and left my phone. After that, it was one delay after another--they kept saying my new screen was "on the way." When I finally got my phone back, it started flickering and shutting off within just a few days. I brought it back, thinking it was under warranty, only to be told that they wouldn't fix it and that the flicker "wasn't covered." The manager, Brennan, will say whatever you want to hear just to get you to leave your device. It's all talk until you've paid, and then suddenly the story changes. I feel completely taken advantage of. If you value your phone, your time, or your money--go somewhere else or use your insurance instead. This location is unreliable, misleading, and not worth the risk. Easily the worst repair experience I've ever had.
