She proceeded to tell me they call out your name when it's ready. We never heard a name called. Not just my name but anyone else's either. When we went to side where they make the pizzas that girl said I called your name three times. I asked for a new pizza bc that one would be cold. They refused. Said it had been on heating element. Best food we had in the area all weekend and will for sure make this a regular stop when visiting the Grand Canyon. Worth the drive out from the oark. We ordered the spaghetti, lasagna & fettuccine. The fettuccine was ok. Spaghetti ($18) and lasagna($20) was not good. Pasta was mushy and the sauces were VERY bland. We ordered a Caesar salad and what we got was not that. I guess it's their version? We had to get our own waters. You pretty much help yourself. For what they are charging I think it has to taste better at the very least. When we mentioned to the bus person that we were not happy with our food she said "Well everyone else has been". It was OK, we tried to go here our first night in town, it was quite busy and getting late so they suggested to find something else, the reviews were good so we went back for another try a bit earlier in the day. I was bummed that the food itself was just OK but I am docking the stars as I was not a fan of the way to order, you get seated, handed a menu, but then go up to the bar to order, luckily our timing was good because by the time our food came out there were 20 people standing in line to order food. Not sure why they do it this way because it seems clunky especially when ordering for a family who is now seated in the restaurant away from you. Another thing that bothered me was the tipping option is assumed at 18%+ but I had to go place my order and pay ahead of time and serve my own soft drinks, I tipped cash after we paid but feel for the guys who pay ahead and then realize they didn't get much service... Disregard my previous review. The pizza is not the same; crust is limp and weak flavor. (This pizza was AMAZING a few months ago. No "baller" meat ball; which have been extensively adored and photographed on yelp. (WHY WOUKD THEY REMOVE IT FROM THE MENU?) I asked for a meatball before knoqingnit was dropped and they brought spaghetti with two mini balls. I'm way disappointed. We would have traveled 100 miles for the food here a few months ago. We just got to town and walked the Route 66 downtown area. It was lunch time and there weren't many places open, so we opted for this location. The server was also the bartender and she seemed more passionate about the beer and wine than the food. She was very knowledgeable about the microbrews and wines and like to talk about them with everyone. It took her a while to get our order but she brought our beer flight out right away. The beers were fun to try, they only have 8, and they are all included in the flight. I ordered the personal size Romeo and Juliet pizza that came with a side salad. I chose blue cheese dressing which was good. The pizza tasted very good but it was larger than I thought and almost too much for one person. Some parts of the crust were a bit burnt but I just worked around those. My husband tried the sausage pizza and liked it. Next time we need to try the wine flight of 4 wines. read more

Pizza lover & first timer here and let me say.. OMG. Best pizza ever! Ordered the margarita pizza. It was both beautiful and the dough/crust was delicious! Nice and thick. Pizza size was also generous. The size salad comes served with a lemon vinaigrette dressing. At first I was worried, but after trying it, I found it to be delicious! Even my husband just said, "even that lemon vinaigrette was so good, I'd eat it again" and he only eats French lol. To me, it was *slightly* pricey, but I get location, location, location. There was no waitress. You order at the front bar area, and then bartender drops off your food. Drinks are self service. They do have alcohol, a kids keI would 100% recommend this place and we are DEFINITELY returning next time in the flag area. ONE SUGGESTION: Add some type of desert dough balls knots, like cinnamon icing, sugared, or chocolate drizzle . I 100% would have ordered those as my fav pizza joint item to try are dough desserts. Very limited seating despite having an enclosed outdoor area that they closed because the wait time was too long. They also informed us they cut off their phone's when the wait time is too long. This business is incredibly poorly run and clearly are unable to accommodate a higher surplus of customers. Due to the limited food selection in this location, I know I was willing to wait for my food but that option was taken away from me because they closed down the only available seating due to its wait time. It's a cute place to eat but I have to admit that I wasn't impressed with my food or with the service. All the servers I interacted with were really nice, but they kept getting orders wrong and seemed frustrated. I ordered a Margherita pizza (which was average in taste) and halfway through eating it they brought me a margarita drink. Before they set it down I insisted that I didn't order a margarita drink. With spicy sausage, placenta, Spinach, onuon(couldn't really taste), potato, and a cream broth. We asked about the super thin crust on the pizza as we Love that. This cool little restaurant is definitely worth a stop if you're hanging around in Williams. The amount of people on staff was sparse, so we didn't get as much attention as desired, but after the initial sit-down + ordering, we enjoyed every moment in this place. On our second night, we got done at the National Park a bit early so we decided to explore the Williams DT a bit. This place is in the heart of the DT. They share the premises with a brewery so great beers are on the menu as well. Food: Their Caprese is so on point, very very delicious stuff. The Funghi pizza which was great could just use a bit more seasoning. The BBQ Chicken pizza was the delicious, nicely done crust. We also got the Fettuccini Alfredo which was good. They have great cocktails too. Service: The servers here are very lively and sweet people. Our server took great care of us. In-all: This place is a gem.
