If you're looking for a place to watch NFL football games, THIS is it!!! So many tvs AND the owner Andy is very accommodating to make sure you get the games you want to see. The staff is great, very attentive. Heather checked on us multiple times. Fun thing, they have a robot waiter to bring your food. But the human staff still help the waiter!! The cook even came out to make sure all the patrons were taken care of!!! The pizza place is housed in a 150 year old building, so really cool vibe. I'm very pleased to finally find a GOOD pizza place in Milwaukee. Nobody shoot me, I like Milwaukee, but it's not a pizza city. I've tried all the others people have recommended and for me State Street has been the absolute strongest. A little more expensive, but packed full of flavor. Truly delicious. read more

The pizza was really good. We got a meat lovers pizza and a build-your-own chicken, green pepper, and sun-dried tomato pizza on a gluten free cauliflower crust. The GF crust was decent, but a little hard otherwise the pizza was great. Our service was okay. The waitress was scantily clad in a tight-fitting workout outfit. It's their right to have their servers dress however they want. I guess I wish I had known that before choosing to make it the place where I brought my family for dinner is all. Just a little uncomfortable. I really wish the gambling machines were cordoned off in a separate area or just not present at all. Someone was out in the street asking for "gas money" from strangers, then running inside and feeding the machines. They were an arm's length from our table, so it just felt like our space was invaded a bit. We would have happily moved to another table, but all the tables were high-tops except the two closest to the machines. Having a baby in a high-chair, we couldn't sit at a high-top. Came here for lunch on a Friday before a Brewers game. Quaint little place. Good food, good beer choice, and good mixed drinks. They even have a robot deliver your food. We all loved the crispy, thin, cracker crust deluxe pizza. The fried Korean dumplings were really good as well. Service was fast and courteous and prices are reasonable. read more

We stopped here after the Bucks game and were craving some hot food on a cold day. There is limited seating, but luckily we were able to find a spot on a late weekend afternoon. They took our order right away. Service was good. They have little robot carts that roll the food out which is pretty funny. We decided to get a couple of appetizers--cheesy garlic bread and chicken tenders/fries. Both came out quickly and were overall delicious. Everything was hot, rich, and flavorful. This review is based on my delivery experience with them. I ordered a 10" build your own pizza. And I ordered 8 garlic buffalo wings. This pizza was $20. The wings were also $20. I get the up charge in prices for ordering, but for the delivery price, it was not worth it in the slightest. I ordered extra cheese for my pizza, was charged for extra cheese and they definitely did not provide extra cheese. Outside of that the pizza was fine. The toppings were definitely fresh toppings. Which I appreciated. However it was nothing special, just fine. The garlic buffalo wings were mediocre at best. Some wings were overcooked, some slightly under cooked. Not sure what the reason for the inconsistency was....as I imagine they were cooked together?! The garlic buffalo sauce was....not actually what I thought garlic buffalo would be. Idk that I'll order again but people seem to really like it! Maybe it's just better in the restaurant v.s. Delivery. read more

The thin crust pizza was great. You will love the wings and the garlic Parmesan sauce. And you definitely will love the funnel cake fries.

We were looking for a sit-down restaurant to watch football and grab a quick bite, but when we stumbled upon this gem. We're not from the area and just got in from the Packers game. The pizza tasted amazing. Not too greasy; the crust was dense but still light, with a great taste. Try the pot stickers to hold you over. I hate that we couldn't try the wings. I hear they're great. The owner was friendly, for a Bears fan. He spoke to everyone, and you could tell he really cared for his establishment and his customers. There are plenty of TVs and a good beer selection. I was seeing a show around the corner and wanted something quick before the show. I didn't know the Bucks had a game that night and a lot of places were swamped or wouldn't have food ready in time. State Street wasn't too busy so I decided to get a small pizza from them as they didn't have slices. My server was really prompt and friendly and didn't give me side eye when I freaked out after I found my favorite cider on the menu (it's an East Coast thing and it's the first time I've seen it in the wild in the midwest). My food was brought over by a robot which was...interesting, but my server made sure I had everything I needed. It's a little pricey but I enjoyed the grub and that it got to me quickly. read more

Ok here's what's interesting. This place was closed for some reason the night I was meeting my buddy there, and I never got to try it. Having said that, my buddy was 30 minutes late so I stood there waiting for him, and no less than 20 people came by during that 30 minutes with the intent of eating there. Wife and I tried State Street Pizza Pub today. Check out our recap below: Bevs: 8-10 taps filled with locals and your usuals. Also so a cooler full of seltzer type drinks. The liquor selection seemed pretty standard as well, I was glad to see a few local (Great Lakes) options there as well. The prices were as can be expected 6-8 bucks a beer... we didn't try any cocktails or mixed drinks. They serve Pepsi products for those staying dry. Food: well obviously we tried the pizza. They had some specials and a standard build your own. We went classic cheese and were disappointed. They had a few crust options we went with the self rising and it was pretty good. As an appetizer we tried the curds, while they will not be something that makes my top 5 Milwaukee curds list it was a nice fried snack to hold us over. They were slinging personal pizzas insanely quick while we were there. Service: incredibly nice, quick and attentive. This was impressive for a business that has launched just in the past month. I'll definitely say the wait for the food was unbelievably quick... hardly felt the typical restaurant anticipation. Atmosphere: lots of TVs. Some VLTs and they seemed to really be setup as that sports bar vibe. It was really not insanely busy and we didn't feel rushed to leave at all. They had the brewers game on as well as some sports recaps. A pretty neat bar and lots of table seating all throughout. I overheard that they do have NFL ticket and I imagine any sport you'd want to catch they'd oblige(again they were pretty cool about everything). The food was really good. So good we didn't take the time to snap any photos. Our family ordered cheese pizza, pepperoni pizza and the State Street (their version of combo). I wish I had substituted olives on it instead the mushrooms it came with. Still very good. We also ordered the cheese curds and the Caprese Salad. Everything was delicious and I would even venture to say it was one of the best caprese Salads I've ever had. My husband appreciated the ambiance as they had 18 tv screens! This is the place if you don't want to kiss a game! Their service was exceptional and they made it an even cooler experience by recommending things around town to see and do. If we ever make it back to Milwaukee we are for sure coming here for all the things! read more

It lacked that satisfying crispiness I usually look for in a pizza crust. While the toppings were tasty, I felt that they could have been more generous. Best pizza I've has since moving to Wisconsin in 2001! We came in before the Bucks game and although they were very busy, we had wonderful service and the pizza arrived piping hot and fresh out of the oven. They had State Street pilsners for $3 - best value in the city on a game night. Will definitely return. read more
