I randomly found place next to Sweet Diner and I was amazed by what I seen inside. This is the best sports bar ever!!!!! Big screen TVs all over, to watch basketball, football, and baseball. You can entertain yourself by playing darts or you can bring in your own golf clubs and play golf virtually. The food and drinks are good. I tried the steak and I felt like I was in Brazil the way it was cooked and the sauce made my mouth water. This is not only a place for adults, college students, but kids can come as well. Very kind friendly during the day. I would love to see how it is during the Super Bowl, NBA playoffs and championship. The menu isn't bad. I think it's reasonably priced and it definitely feels you up.

Sad example of the amount of red onion I got on my sandwich.

What a great space to watch your favorite sport on TV. I loved the open space, large tables and uncarpeted floor. My husband ordered the dry rubbed wings and was a little disappointed in the lack of flavor. I ordered the pesto chicken baguette which was okay. I definitely had more bread than meat and sandwich was drastically missing the much needed red onion it boasted. (see picture). Fries needed salt but waitress didn't return to ask how things were until the fries were ice cold. When she did return my husband asked her to swap out the ranch dressing for the blue cheese he asked for. Next time we will come for the beer and tvs.

District Fore is a great place for a social outing or to watch a sports game. There are TVs everywhere. We enjoyed the drinks and pizza. Server could have been more personable, but overall a good experience.

Stopped into District Fore Social on a Saturday afternoon for a spring and a midafternoon snack. It was our first time in and we found the restaurant to be super clean and full of life. We were sat quickly and the chairs were super comfortable. Our server was fast and accommodating as it took as a little while to pick our drinks. Soft pretzel was hot and not greasy as some are and came with both mustard and a cheese dipping sauce. Angus beef sliders were smash burger style and the caramelized onions gave them the flavor that took them from plain to great. Will definitely go back again. Lots of games for parties as well.

I went here a few weeks ago for what was supposed to be a cute date night I had planned for my bf and I since he's super into Darts and this concept is a cool one. I booked online (60min darts lane reservation) , it was an easy process, we arrived on time and were promptly shown to our lane. The server took forever to get our orders and after our first round of drinks arrive we didn't hear from him for 25 minutes and then we ordered some fries and those came out but a server never returned for another 30+ minutes. Our reservation had timed out and we were frustrated with the lack of service because we would've purchased 2-3 more rounds of drinks. But we could see him serving others but not coming by our area. Then we finally caught our servers attention and asked to be moved to the table to try and salvage the experience with what looked like was good food. We sat at a wet table with no menus for 10 minutes with no attention from any servers. We flagged down a different server and they mentioned something about getting our server and once he finally came around it had been another 5 - 10 minutes. We decided we were not gonna give more business to the establishment and closed our tab and left. Hungry at 9pm we walked through third ward to Cafe Benelux and had a great time! The only redeeming things was the experience playing darts and those 1st drinks

I love District Fore. Since we've moved to Milwaukee, we've had trouble finding sports bars like the ones in the south. This is the closest we've found. There is likely always going to be a deal hear. Especially if Wisconsin teams are playing. It is never crowded or busy so it's very easy to find a seat. The food is actually pretty good. I've really enjoyed the burgers and the nachos. Beer options are good as well. You can find something you're interested in, and you can put anything into a beer tower which is a great deal during game days!

Watched the Brewers lose to the Mets here. The drinks and cheese curds helped ease the pain. Large TVs, 90s music during commercial breaks.

Made our experience super easy and perfectly pleasant. Grilled wings Ooh, these were perfectly grilled. Very tasty sauce (hot honey garlic, at Thomas' recommendation) that wasn't overdone or underdone - just the right amount. I usually get my wings naked because so many places go wrong with the amount of sauce (usually just too drenched), but since we were on a timeline tonight, we just ordered without asking for anything else. So glad we did! By the way, not fried wings, so not super crunchy on the outside but still crispy and not at all soggy. And super moist, perfect temp inside. Tap Guinness Perfectly poured with just the right amount of cream on top. Hany is usually an IPA man, and went Guinness this time and did not regret it! Overall, this place is a little bit further away than the new hopping bars on the Deer District. I wanted to try the new places, so kept on trying them while hubby wanted to keep coming back here... and I'm glad we did this time. Sometimes new is good, but they've got it right here - I don't have to keep searching! Oh just one thing - all the TVs in the bar, and they have to play 60 minutes? Without captions? lol

We got lucky and had bar seats open up after about 5 minutes which allowed us to grab cocktails and relax. After a bit we ordered some Brussel sprouts as an appetitizer and before they could show up our table opened up. My wife chose the 2 piece cod fry with chips while I opted for the perch fry with fries. Everything was spectacular. The bartenders were jumping around each other to keep people happy at the bar and the rest of the staff get people's bellies filled with food. If you go keep in mind there are no reservations and will probably be a wait, but they will take great care of you and serve you some awesome fish!

I surprisingly don't have many options in my "MKE - Fish Fry" collection that are near downtown, but Swinging Door Exchange was one of them. I was pressed for time, so I placed a to go order rather than dining in. I got the combo fish fry (two pieces of cod, two pieces of perch, and three fried shrimp) with potato pancakes. I was also very easily talked into the half rack rib appetizer. The ribs were good, even though I prefer sauce that's more sweet and smokey. Their sauce was on the tangy side with a tease of spice that really only became noticeable when the majority of the half rack was gone. If I were in the mood for ribs as my main meal, I'd consider getting theirs as an entree. The two potato pancakes weren't homemade; instead, they were premade hash brown patties that some other restaurants also serve with their fish frys. These were perfectly acceptable in lieu of homemade pancakes. The cod tasted great, but the breading didn't hold up very well. Either the fish itself was too wet or the two block walk back to my car allowed for condensation to wreck it or possibly both. The perch was not yellow lake perch but probably something like pike perch. Even though both kinds of fish and the shrimp were all good sized portions, $29 feels like a lot. I wouldn't say no to it, though, if I were dining in next time and avoid the extra cost of their takeout fee. Shout-out to the bartenders working that night. The bar area was absolutely packed, but both of the ones I talked to about placing my order were friendly and helpful even with being super busy.

We just wanted a drink and a quick bite to eat and being during a baseball game, lots of places in the area were busy. There was a good crowd there watching the game as well. It's an interesting setup, reminds me almost of a living room (with dining tables) and then the small bar area is to the side. To order food, you do it through two wall kiosks which I like because you can look at options and not feel rushed unless there's a line. Outside they have tables and a tv as well. I choose a veggie sandwich which had a good kick to it! The smaller size was good enough for me. It was a bit confusing how to get your food, from what we understood, you have to go through a door to get to the kitchen window (bathrooms are that way too) but no one calls your order number or anything. I'd suggest an improvement on that way you know your food is ready or maybe we missed something. Overall, I would return and would like to try other items on the menu!

You do have to place your food order at the bar, which is kind of a downer. It isn't a traditional restaurant but more of a bar that serves food. The fries were awesome and plentiful. You can get a dusting of flavor on your fries and I got lemon pepper on mine. My only "complaint" for the burger is the brioche style bun is a bit overpowering and too much bread for the burger. I ended up just eating the patties, but this is my personal opinion. They had a cooler with self serve water which is what we chose m. Again, not a traditional waitstaff butt we were checked on after we got our food.
