This place just opened up recently and I'm glad it did!! The ambiance is kinda like an upscale bar. The place itself is HUGE with lots of seating everywhere including tables, high tops, bar, booths, and couches. There are large TVs all around to watch any sports game that on, which is great for March Madness. They also had darts and golf simulators that we are excited to come back and try with friends. The service is fast and the staff is super kind and helpful. The food is great! My husband and I have already been twice. The first time we stopped in to take a look and decided to stay for the chocolate lava cake which was warm and delicious! The next time we came, we split a pretzel and the chicago salad with blackened chicken. The pretzel came out warm and had a nice texture on the outside and was soft on the inside. The cheese dip tasted like it was real homemade cheese dip and it was amazing!! Personally I would get 2 of those because the mustard was more on the sweeter side which isn't my preferred taste. The salad tasted super fresh and was huge! The chicken was chopped up into the salad and was cooked well. Easily one of the worst sports bars I've ever seen! I went for a packers game, sat down in a place that was less than half full and no one spoke to me, brought a menu, or water for 20 minutes. When my friend came, he went to the bar for us. Eventually, we got menus from one guy, and got a different girl to take our orders. There was no such thing as customer service, everyone was rude and awkward, but we couldn't get the food from the kitchen ourselves. No one cleared our glasses the entire time. They just kept giving us the same drink orders in random different glasses, which was just weird. The nachos were absolutely disgusting!! I've had bad nachos, but we couldn't even eat the chips, the whole thing was luke warm, the temperature when cheese turns to clay, and it was doused with water, literally we poured it off the plate. I didn't know it was possible to make inedible nachos, but they did it! The tvs are off center, so you're always missing something. Everyone working is in high school, which would be fine, but there was no one in charge, nothing seemed to be functioning. And to cap things off, it was expensive, which might be normal for the area, but given the quality of the food, service, and experience they should pay people to patronize them. This place is outstanding!!!! Great food, staff, and managers are top notch, and the atmosphere is very inviting. Great for watching all sports, and very accommodating to guests' needs. We came in because we were starving and it was right beside the exit of the parking garage. So glad we did. The food was great and the service was as well. It was our servers first day and she did a great job. We ordered pretzels and cheese curds. The kids devoured those right away. We had burgers and meatball sandwiches which were great as well. Booked a golf simulator for some birthday fun and upon arrival was greeted with a sign on the door that stated "closed due to maintenance issues." We were not notified of this ahead of time AND now they refuse to return my calls to refund me for the mandatory pre-payment to book the bay. Poor management and customer service if you ask me! Golf took longer than the darts because they had more stations available for darts, the blackberry margarita was addicting! Fun night! Came after dinner for dessert and darts! The staff were accommodating and so nice! We tried three desserts- all so good!!

We were one of two tables that needed service at lunchtime on a Sunday. Had to ask for any sort of utensils or skewers at the bloody bar, then again for napkins and forks, then had to walk over to the bar just to get our bill and some boxes. The server was MIA at this point, and staff were mostly just chatting at the bar. The food is nothing to write home about. read more

I have been here 3 times and each time the service was bad. When we arrived no-one sat us, so we sat ourselves. Server constantly skipping with us having to ask to order for food and drinks. When we asked if we could split the 12 wings between 2 sauces they said no because they were worried it would confuse the cooks in back. The food itself isn't anything spectacular and pretty salty for my taste. The place looks nice, but the service is mediocre and food quality isn't worth the price. Great concept. Horrible execution. We had a reservation at a Dart Bay. We show up at a half hour early to get a drink at the bar, just to get a phone call notifying us that they were "overbooked." Mind you it costs money to receive a bay... they tell us that we can get a lane an hour and 15 minutes after our original reservation time, waiving the reservation fee. Our new time comes, and we are directed by the manager to our dart bay, and more than half the space is taken up by 15-20 people that don't have bay or table reservation, giving us looks to the tone of, "what are you doing here?..." The space was advertised as "private" but all of our seating was taken up by the group that didn't have a reservation. The manager sets us up for our interactive darts game, and then a small crew brings us a couple bar stools as if to "accommodate" us. Then the system shuts down shortly after our first game of darts. When asking for the manager, we are sent an employee who sets us up for darts again...only for the system to shut down again. We leave with plenty of time left on our reservation. One positive was the waitress that was assigned to our bay. She did a great job without knowing the circumstances. The building and concept are awesome. However, I will not plan on patronizing this establishment again. read more

This place is AWESOME great food, great atmosphere and wonderful workers. This will be my new place to watch the games and get a bite to eat. Bailey one of the employees was so nice and kind. She walked around interacting with patrons including myself and my guests. I get a great feeling about this place and it's right next door to my favorite breakfast place. It's a win win for me.
