Went in for a fish fry, I didn't care for it. There were 4 people in the bar and 2 people with food-the entire staff appeared to be watching "March Madness" games. Our waitress was slow to take orders and the food took over a 1/2 hour to get to our table. Won't be returning. At one point it took 10 minutes to get 2 beers to our table. Stopped in with my work buddies as we love this place! We came here last year for a week and hung out here almost every day! Doing the same this time too! The bartenders are great especially Yaphay he's super cool and works his butt off. Bobby need to give this dude a raise! They have the place all ready for St Paddy's day with really cool decor. Stopped here as part of our Friendsgiving night out. Our bartender was GREAT! He took good care of us. There were 11 people in our group and we ordered a variety of drinks and food. I had a Bloody Mary that was perfectly made and a chicken caesar wrap with fries. The wrap was fresh and the fries were crispy. We really enjoyed the atmosphere. Beautifully decorated for the holidays. Lots of TVs to watch the Bucks game. Bathrooms were clean and lots of comfortable seating at the bar. Will definitely return soon! We took the whole family for lunch on a Friday. We enjoy the atmosphere and the waitress was the best. She was very attentive. We had all age groups with a 4 and 5 year old. Awhile back I noticed the old beer belly's came to life after C19 shut down of everything in a morbid way because it was being torn down it looked like and I thought what a shame because I had a great cheeseburger from them. I can't tell if it was a complete tear down or if any of the original building was reused but it's been remodeled very nicely with a big bar, dining room in front, small side dining room and a nice patio. The place is a sports bar theme with lots of big TVs. Two sets of garage doors separated the bar from the dining room and the front patio. I started with a not your daddy's Paloma because I have never had one and I'm sure it was made correctly but it wasn't for me because it was like a super citrus margarita with absolutely no sweetness, now I know. I ordered the ADK burger which is two smash patties, grilled onions, cheese with good burger sauce on sourdough bread with added tomato, onions and lettuce at no extra charge. The no charge toppings is refreshing because lots of places are changing 50 cents each for fresh toppings. I must say that the presentation was nice with the basically a patty melt layered on a rectangular plate with a mound of frys. The frys were ok but not hot/crispy cooked to order. The ADK burger was very good and definitely on a quality sourdough bread with that real density and nice chew. The beef patties were irregular shaped and tasted like fresh beef I noticed. The good burger sauce was perfect with the fresh toppings and the lettuce was leaf, thank you no crap iceberg. Overall I had a nice lunch and the ADK burger is a nice take on the classic smash burger. read more

I used to love this place. Idk what happened. Tonight I went in for a pick up order, and the girl behind the bar completely ignored me not one word was said, like I'll be right with you or something of that matter, but looked at me 3 or 4 times and ignored me. I heard another patron sitting at the bar saying the same thing that the bartender was ignoring her. I stood there for 3 mins until another employee came out with my food. Girl with curly brown hair must never worked in the service industry before because ignoring customers will get you no where and turn us away!! Do better. read more

Just really not impressed. Service was better than the food but not by much. I ordered a Cobb salad with a grilled chicken breast added. They forgot the bacon. They forgot the bacon! Cardinal sin of Cobb salads. However, when I mentioned it they were kind and brought me a plate of bacon to add. Everything was pretty bland and nothing tastes fresh. The taste was just off. They brought carafes of water for the table, I was part of a larger group. I appreciated the water but they then gave us a stack of plastic cups for water drinking. It was completely unnecessary to use plastic cups when dining in at a restaurant. I'm not a fan of unnecessarily adding to landfills. Looks like it might be a pro police business as there was some art that looked like was "back the badgey." That's not my thing. read more

I do love the garage doors and the light that comes into the bar so it isn't dark. The service was prompty - she actually recommended a drink deal and trust me that you can have two at most of these buckets of fun. Tried some appetizers and my friend said the wings were some of the best she ever ate. I got the battered fries and they were what I expected. The menu isn't too huge which is great. My downside on this place is that they don't make their dressing from scratch but I am a dressing snob. During the Packer game we got proper touchdown shots which isn't always the case with many places. I would definitely come back for a change of place that's not too far from home. read more

We've been here before for the cod fish-fry; it's very good. On the 4th of July they were crowded but we got a table and were served quickly. Our wait person, Lori, was super! Everything you like when dining out; attentive, friendly and attention to detail. I had the walleye and was very pleased. Perfectly cooked, a light batter and not greasy or fishy. My companion had the smash burger which was also very good. Very fresh and beefy. Didn't need extra condiments to make it tasty like other places. And the atmosphere is nice too. Order an old fashion and was over charged per menu it was supposed to be 8 got charged 10 was supposed to made with premium brandy and got rail.. my friend ordered blackened chicken wrap and only got a portion of ingredients that was supposed to be in it. I'm not a huge fan of sports bars but this seemed like one of the best options near the airport and it thoroughly surprised me for the better!! Service was exceptional - our waiter kept it real with us and told me to order the mac n cheese without the shredded cheese on top. I ended up getting it on the side and I agreed w his recommendation! The mac n cheese was creamy and left me feeling really full. We also ordered the fried fish w the potato pancake and applesauce. This was unique as I'd never had applesauce before on potato pancake. The fish was also fried really well tbh!!! As an app, we got the cheese curds which were fried perfectly to a crisp, although I didn't like how big in size they were. We each got drinks and my friend actually got another drink for free on the house because they had to open another keg and it was given as an apology for the wait!! Again, just top tier service which really added to how impressed I was with this place. Interior was nice and I can imagine how they open up the garage doors during summer when the weather is nice! We stopped here after a hockey game and right before a Packer game. Very nice atmosphere with an inclusive menu. We started our lunch with free complimentary popcorn made in bacon fat that was salty and smoky. My husband ordered the cowboy burger and fries, which he enjoyed. I got the chicken bacon ranch wrap with Mac n cheese. The wrap was tasty, the Mac n cheese was a nice blend of cheesy and spicy. My daughter got the chicken strips, which were in a tempura batter. They weren't her favorite as they were probably a little fancier than she's used to, but the taste was good. I would definitely recommend this place and their fast, friendly service. read more

Biggest positive is the kitchen is open later than any eatery in the area. It's kind of strange and kind of Wisconsin that even around the state's busiest airport, no one serves food late. They have big screens for sports, but of course you're more likely to see Wisconsin-Madison, Packers, Brewers, or Bucks than Northwestern or the Cubs. You might want to keep this in mind if you're escaping the airport for a long layover. It's a comfortable and clean place with friendly service and good prices. One of my favorite genres of food is unhealthy vegetarian and their Impossible burger fits that bill quite nicely. Plenty of parking, a long walk from the airport but a very short bus ride on the 80 which stops at the airport and the stop on Layton at the corner where there is a trailer park, Wendy's, and Starbucks is a very short walk to the bar. There's an odd prison cage for Irish Whiskey, turns out you can buy your own dedicated bottle which they will bring out to you whenever you come, it's got your name on it. I've always thought it was funny in the movies when the order was whiskey and the customer would get a whole bottle and a glass, but you can do that here. Guinness on tap. read more

Based on the comments from the owner, I do not think he "gets it" and why this is unacceptable to a vegetarian or others. I know they just opened and we went before the Grand opening but it was delicious! I got the cowboy burger and it was dang good (I did order it medium and it was closer to medium-well/well done BUT it wasn't dry) I got the Mac and cheese for my side and it was creamy and cheesy and the bread crumbs, bacon, and green onion really added to it. My other half got the blackened chicken wrap and WOW, chicken was juicy and the seasonings were top notch and not too spicy. I've had wraps in the past that were more meat than the veggies but this was the perfect ratio. The house chips were also amazing, just what to expect when ordering them. Also the BLTA, lots of crispy bacon, lots of lettuce and tomatoes, on Texas toast was delish We did have a pretty new server but she was so nice, still learning the system and drinks, but what do you expect with a new restaurant! I went there with a friend on a Friday night. We each ordered the grilled wings and a mixed drink. I also ordered a side of fries for the us to split. The food came out not even ten minutes after we ordered it, so the wings have to be grilled, then fried to order. I don't know if it's a good thing or a bad thing that the food comes out so quickly there, but anyone who ordered food seemed to get served in a short period of time after they ordered. The wings were only okay. Some of them had the garlic Parmesan sauce on it, while others barely had any. Not saying that it had to be drenched in sauce, but it would have been nice to have some consistency. My friend ordered her sauce on the side with ranch. They initially forgot to bring out her ranch and she didn't have any carrots or celery on her plate, so they brought that to her quickly. Service was fine. Not sure if the bartender who served us was new or not, but she was polite and checked in on us frequently. When we first arrived, it was pretty empty, but the night got busier as it got later in the evening. Oh, and the bathrooms are super clean, which is nice. All in all, it wasn't my first time there and it probably won't be my last...even though I probably won't be back for awhile. read more
