Got a smog test here for the first time because my previous shop closed and this place did a quick and smooth check! [[HIGHLIGHT]]The owner is the kindest! He got me in and out within 10-15 minutes (this was with waiting for another car before me). Super quick & efficient![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]I made an appointment online the morning of and there were plenty of times to choose from. HIGHLY RECOMMEND making an appointment ahead of time.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] [[HIGHLIGHT]]When I arrived, another women drove up without an appointment and she had to wait behind me & another women with an appointment. The owner goes by appointment first & then first come, first serve.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The total cost of the Smog check was $88. Pretty expensive but equivalent to other locations on the west side, I'd say. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The owner did ask if I had my renewal slip that I got in the mail to help speed up the process, so bring it if you have it handy otherwise it's not a big deal if you don't have it.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] This is my new spot for getting smog tests. read more

Stayed after 4:00pm because of the time change with daylight savings, made a suggestion for how I should drive the car to reset a sensor that had been off since the battery was swapped out, and got it all done and sent in approval to the state in less than an hour. Overall one of the best experiences I've had getting a smog cert. read more

We just went to this place for an emergency smog test and couldn't be happier. Bezu bent over backwards to accommodate us. (They are also more well-priced than others.) The service was outstanding, and they have longer hours of operation. This was a much different experience than I've had at some of the other smog places. BEWARE!! Worst service I've ever received. Perhaps I should have ensured the owner was present while David Agam performed my smog check on a Thursday afternoon. Not only did he BREAK the gas door release button to my vehicle, he took my car keys away and refused to give them back until I paid for the "services". This individual is RUDE and has no customer service skills whatsoever. I had to call the POLICE in an effort for this individual to rectify the DAMAGE, but like the "man" that he is he closed the shop and left almost an hour early to avoid any confrontation with the police. I called the following business day to speak with the owner, but since David was the only one answering the phone he mockingly told me the owner was out for the day... shocking! The reason I even gave a rating is because I HAD to. By far THE worst experience I've had in servicing my car. read more

This is the most convenient and fastest smog check station! The gentleman who runs it is always extremely friendly and he does his absolute best to get people in out and as quickly as possible. There's also a great car wash spot (Handy J) that they are partnered with that's pretty much attached. They don't do repairs but he looked at why my vehicle didn't pass and told me what to tell me mechanic. He even got under my vehicle to make sure what he was telling me was accurate. definitely should have listened to the reviews. made an appointment online -!: when I showed up the guy working responded with "I don't take appointments, I don't know what you're talking about". then complained that my car was out of state and how I'm making his job harder. Needed a smog check to renew my car registration. Found this place on ca.gov site. Drove down there and got there by 8:30 am. They open at 9 (oops idea) but someone working at the garage next door called the smog guy and he was on his way. He arrived about 5 mins later and smog checked my car. Didn't ultimately get a smog check here. I walked up, no one else in line. The gentlemen behind the counter quoted me a high price ($60+) and I was surprised, given how much higher it is from other smog service centers nearby. I tried negotiating, but he had a strong take it or leave it attitude. Easy decision, I left. read more
