I called and asked if I could come over now for a smog check and someone answered the phone right away and said to come over. I did and the smog check was all done in less than 10 minutes. Very nice and professional! He also put air in my tires because they were all low. I noticed that the tire light was on but I just had it serviced at Audi DTLA and they couldn't seem to get any of the lights on dashboard to stop so I've been driving with low pressure in my tires for 3 months and they are about to get a very bad review. read more

Yesterday I had a meeting in downtown Los Angeles. And my appointment was running really late. Just found this location using Yelp. The ratings were high enough I jumped off the freeway and took my car in. There's a two-man team there. They were very fast, extremely friendly, and neat. This place was amazing. I won't consider taking my car anywhere else now for a smog check. I wish I knew about this place last time I needed one. I was looking for a place that was open after work as not many places are. I drove in and was done 15 minutes later. The guy who worked there (Ivan was it?) was extremely friendly, efficient, helpful, and kind. When I asked if they accepted credit card, he apologized and said no, but that there was a bank nearby and he would take care of my car and then let me go get cash and bring it back. I was touched by his trust in me (not that he shouldn't have trusted me, but not everyone would just trust a random stranger). I ended up walking to the bank while he ran the smog check because the bank was very close and I didn't want to hold him up. In the end, he gave me a discount and offered me a water bottle (much appreciated). I tried to give him a small tip to offer my gratitude for his courtesy and because it was the holidays, but he refused to take it. I kept pressing him to take it, but to no avail. And showed me the part that was the problem. He went a step further and said I didn't need to buy a new part but just clean it and put it back on. My car had two codes=/. No bueno. Went for a smog check to AAron on recommendation from coworker and the Yelp reviews. Excellent, timely, friendly, honesty and very polite. He offered cold bottled water. Not only that, but, indicated that my car did need power steering which I know it needed. He added power steering and did not even charge me. On top of that, he gave me the $10 discount as a Yelp member. I tried to give him the $60 instead of the $50, but he would not take it. I still gave him $5 additional for the excellent service. I would highly recommend them for the overall service. If there was 10 stars, I would have given it.
