This damage was not present before the service. I contacted the business immediately to report the issue. The claim was denied, but what was even more disappointing was how the situation was handled. When I asked for a copy of the incident report and the business's liability insurance information, the woman I spoke with was unhelpful and dismissive. Rather than providing the requested information, she sarcastically suggested that I "call a lawyer and see what happens." Accidents can happen in any business. What matters is how a company responds when a customer raises a legitimate concern. Instead of taking the issue seriously or attempting to resolve it professionally, they denied responsibility and treated me with disrespect. To make matters worse, the wash itself was mediocre, as parts of the vehicle were still dirty after the service. If you value your vehicle and expect professional customer service, I would strongly recommend taking your business elsewhere.

I think it's local owned and offers Safety Check and car services! The people are very nice and friendly! I need to take premium gas for my Volvo so i think they charge me a $1 on top of premium gas per gallon It sounds alot but i am happy to pay extra for the service! Thank you!
