The biggest difference is the service, their trust-worthiness & their knowledge. The employees have been working here for decades so they are loyal to the company. I guess times change, easier to sell a new tire than repair it. Little disappointed, but what can I do! What's funny is that I had to ask the manager, and he confirmed that they don't do tire repair.
