Only 1 was greeted and told it would be a wait. 20 minutes. no food. The second workers comes back and helps with orders. finally 3 orders come out for in person orders only. 30 minutes, I ask for an update. 5 mintues later I get my food. total time was around 50 minutes not 4 minutes. I would recommend trying it for a good vegan burger and if you have an hour to wait. if you need a quick order or are rushing to catch a concert, show, or game at Barclays I would avoid.
