Feeling a bit worried that my check up would take forever, they quoted me about 1.5hrs to do the standard checks including brakes, tires, fluids, and oil change and it actually ended only taking 1 hour! Very thankful that they were able to squeeze me into their busy schedule and take care of my car efficiently with friendly service! They've won me over and I'll definitely come back again in a few months for the next service date. We communicated via text and phone but during drop off and pick up the main guy wasn't around. He shares the garage with someone else and that person helped us when the main guy wasn't there (sorry I can't remember his name). I arrived around 2pm to get my car checked out and diagnosed for them to try and negotiate/ discourage me from trying to get service at that time, I understand it's almost time for business hours to be done, so I agree to leave the car overnight. I will as greeted by a service advisor who did not fully wait to hear the issue in its entirety before she took me through the Subaru sales pitch of "we can only use factory batteries" I had to let her know I had replaced that battery twice and it kept dying, it's more then just a battery issue. It took them about an hour to not even put my correct information in the system and refer to me as the previous owner despite me saying it was not me. After waiting an hour of my time they gave me issues on getting the loaner car, I have rented can received loaners from other dealerships with no problem at all with my insurance. This particular dealership looked for an issue and gave me so much pushback I was propositioned to just take my car back if I wanted to get home. I did and I will not be back there. Horrible customer service.

While they had the car, they also replaced my front brakes, buffed out some scuffs on my front bumper, topped off my tires, and even reset my tire pressure sensor that had been stuck on for over a year. Those extra touches really meant a lot. And while I waited I was happy at the great coffee shop just down the street. Vic was super nice, professional, and clearly cares about doing good work.
