Jonathan took the time to explain a couple of battery options and thoroughly answered all of my questions. When I arrived at the store, the young woman at the register was friendly, welcoming, and attentive. Jonathan then installed my new battery quickly and professionally, allowing me to get back to my busy Sunday without delay. I'm a repeat customer at O'Reilly because they consistently have the hard-to-find battery my vehicle requires, and their team always provides reliable, trustworthy, and exceptional customer service. I highly recommend this location.

Respectful, helpful, present - came out to the car with me and felt invested in finding a solution. Best way to end the day after talking to probably a dozen places beforehand that left me feeling dismissed, upsold, or unhelped (including a guy at a different store that was nice but couldn't figure out how to work the code reader). Autozone, you got a good one. Would drive the extra few miles to go back here!

They told me they…read moredidn't have time to look at it that day, so I scheduled an appointment for today at 5:30 PM. I showed up today at my scheduled appointment time, only to be told that they were too busy and that having an appointment doesn't mean they will actually take your car in at that time. Then what is the point of offering appointments? I specifically came back at the time Pep Boys scheduled for me because they couldn't help me two days earlier. If you don't have the capacity to service a vehicle at the scheduled time, don't give the customer an appointment. A complete waste of my time and a very frustrating way to treat customers. I definitely would not recommend this location.

Easily one of the better AutoZone locations! Plenty of parking, enough store space to hold a…read morevariety of equipment and a few employees that know their vehicles. I'm comparing this to a variety of other locations I've checked out. Most of the time, the locations are inconvenient with terrible parking options and very limited resources. This one almost always has what you're looking for. There are nicer ones out there, but this is above average. Employees are polite and this location also takes used motor oil. That's probably one of my favorite aspects of this place. Grateful that they're able to take my oil after every 5k. If you get your hands dirty, keep an eye out for their deals. Sometimes, they'll offer some discount for a combination of new oil and filters.

This place is a hit or miss. I had them run a diagnostic on my car, and whoever I spoke with…read morecasually told me that the issue wasn't "super serious" and my "engine shouldn't blow up or anything like that," but I should "probably" get it handled "sometime soon." Within the next week, my car completely died, and I still have no idea what's wrong with it, but I wish I would have gotten a second opinion. I guess part of that is my bad for expecting excellence or accuracy from AutoZone? Some of the guys who work here are pleasant & helpful while others couldn't care less and speak to you as if you're bothering them. Depending on who you speak with, you could have a 50/50 experience in the same visit since the guys at the register are constantly rotating and going outside to help customers or look for an item in the back; last time I went there, I talked to like 3 different employees and was rung up for separate transactions by 2 different guys. They didn't have any paper funnels for pouring oil into my BF's car, so one of the guys made a makeshift funnel with a few pieces of printer paper which I appreciated. All in all, I don't know if I'll be going back to AutoZone even though it's so close to my apt. Oh yeah. One more thing. When I was looking at items online, the system said it was not in stock, but when I was in the store, I noticed they had plenty. I even double and triple checked that I was looking at the correct location online and that it matched the store inventory, so if you see something online that says it's out of stock, it might be a good idea to call the store and double check.

Very friendly, and helpful and he knew what he was talking about. A good man. The store was very clean, well-organized, and stocked. Since it is near where I live I think I'll go there in the future to buy items related to our cars. A couple of days I needed to buy some engine oil ( I thought). When I walked into the store a nice employee, his name is Al greeted me and asked me if he could help me. I told him what I needed and after a few questions and some of my obvious confused answer offered me to check my oil for me. He told Mei don't even need oil. I was so impressed that he was so honest to me. Something like this makes a huge impact on me as a customer. Then I pointed out that I was supposed to also fill up the coolant. And pointed to the wrong cap. I am so glad he was there. That would have been a disaster if he wouldn't have shown me where the coolant goes in. Then we went back into the store and I bought the coolant and a funnel. I also signed up and got a 20% coupon. That saved me 20% off. I have to repeat myself. This store has such a wonder team. Professional, friendly, knowledgeable and caring. Thank you guys.
