Worst experience with an online retailer I've ever had. Ordered a camping chair on 10/13/2025. Received an email from "Chuck" a few minutes later stating they didn't have the color I ordered in stock but had another color. I said that was fine. Sent a follow-up email on 10/21/2025 asking about the status since I hadn't received any sort of shipping notification. No response. Called on 10/28/2025 and spoke to "Chuck." Don't remember the full details of the call, but I recall leaving with the impression the chair would be shipped out within a week of so. It was not. Sent another email on 11/11/2025 asking for an order status. No response. Called again on 12/11/2025 and spoke to an employee who I asked to provide a refund. He said he was unable to do that and someone would call me back. They did not call back. Called again on 12/16/2025 and left a voicemail. No return call. Called again later that day. No answer. Called again on 12/19, 12/29, and 12/30. No one ever answered the phone. Luckily, I paid with my PayPal account and could file a claim. After 69 days, I finally got a refund. This is no way to conduct business, but it is a surefire way to lose customers and ensure they share their negative experience. Good job, Chuck. read more

In my case, I was looking for a specific wheel. Some Rays-Volk TE37's in a specific color. A buddy of mine sent me their Instagram page. I sent a DM, and quickly got a response. It turned out, that they had exactly what I was looking for IN STOCK!!! The spec I was looking for was out of stock almost everywhere else and had a 3-6 month lead time. After a few back and forth DM's, I decided to finally just call. I was helped by Rowie, who was awesome! Still waiting on a couple items but probably not going to be coming back. You're better off looking elsewhere. There's so many other similar businesses with far better customer service and communication. I was given a lead time on a couple small products but they were shorted on their last order so they pushed my order back a week. I was told they had half of the order so I asked if they could ship that and they agreed. Then a week passes and, again, I reach out to them to get an update and was told another week. At the end of that week, I am told my entire order was completed and shipped out. Fast forward another week, i decide to call and get an update on tracking. They proceed to tell me that none of the items were ready yet. So I asked what happened to the part of the order that was supposed to be shipped out and they tell me it wasn't available in the color I ordered but if I wanted to take the one they had I could. I declined. I asked about them stating they completed my order and again, they state we have the other part as well in a different color and you can take that as well. Now why the hell would I do that when I specifically ordered the items that I ordered? Order was placed in mid March with a 1 month ETA. Week after week after week, and still have nothing and no one can give me a time aside from the two previous dates they told me they had shipped something out. Hands down the worst experience in my 20+ years of dealing with aftermarket car part vendors. Called to confirm that they had an item in stock then ordered it via their website. A week passes by with no tracking so I called to check on the status. They have no idea who I am or what I ordered because their online store never sent an order confirmation so all I had was my PayPal payment receipt. No problem as the guy is able to locate it anyways and states that it'll be sent out soon. Another week passes by and I can't reach anyone on the phone so I contact them on IG and days later I finally get a response asking for me to send my payment proof so he can look into it. Unsurprisingly they ghost me after this. I notify PayPal to let them know that I have not received my item but that i'm still willing to work with them (I have not escalated it at this point). No response. I eventually just ended up escalating the case because they clearly never had any intention of sending the goods. PayPal ruled it in my favor but they let the maximum amount of time pass before my refund was processed. A COMPLETE waste of time. Take your business elsewhere. You've been warned. read more

I was warned about Showstoppers before purchasing from them. I was told a few horror stories and how awful they do business. Customer service, product quality and inventory management is sub par, more specifically it is possible some of the worst I've seen in the auto industry. Purchased a set of carbon fenders from them, arriving at their shop there was product everywhere, this place isn't cleanly and has product thrown all over the place (likely why my fenders were damaged). I had purchased them before hand via PayPal and decided to pick them up to avoid shipping costs. So after driving an hour to get there I was asked to check the fenders out to make sure they were the right ones. I quickly looked at them, being naive enough to not give them a thorough inspection. My thought process was one of trusting and ignorance as I didn't think anything would be wrong. Gently loaded them into the car (which had nothing else in the car), drove 20 minutes to our shop and discovered a nasty crack in the headlight area. A crack that could've only been damaged by an impact or some kind of force. Trying to go through them and see if I could return or process some kind of partial refund to cover the damage, they offered me store credit or $30 for the repair.. who repairs carbon fiber cracks for $30? No one. Honestly, the entire experience has been awful. I've become another statistic of crappy service with Showstoppers. The worst part about it is that I was warned about them before hand and they lived up to the reputation. I sincerely warn you about this company. If there is an alternative, go with it. If this is the last resort, DONT DO IT. Stay away, save your hard earned money and save the stress. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars, I most definitely would considering they don't deserve any. Walking into this place, it is a huge mess. Nothing is organized, and there are parts lying around everywhere. After waiting to be helped, being the only customers in the shop, we told him we came to pick up some carbon fiber fenders for my boyfriend's fd2. So he brought them out, helped us unwrap one of them and told us to check them out. We thoroughly inspected the first one that had been unwrapped and were concerned whether it was legitimate and not a fake part. So we then asked him about a sticker we saw on the inside of the fender to see what it was for and made sure the other had the same. We were hoping to find more than a faded old sticker to indicate it was real, but he told us it was the part number so we called it good. We trusted these people and felt they were genuine about their supposedly (brand new) "quality parts" and did not inspect the second carbon fiber fender, other than making sure it too had the white sticker on the inside. We could not find these fenders anywhere, so walking out with these was definitely a happy moment. We gently placed them in the car, without there being anything else in the car to possibly scratch or damage them and drove 20 minutes out to our shop to only find a CRACK in the headlight area. This crack could have only been made with some type of impact or force. Once we discovered this, we called Showstoppers right away to see if we could get some type of partial refund/discount to make up for the damage and their offer was store credit or $30 to fix the repair. First off, why would we want store credit after this experience? Second, $30 to fix the repair? No shop will touch the carbon fiber fender for $30. What a joke. If they honestly think that, then they must be doing some low quality work. This whole experience with Showstoppers was terrible and inconvenient. Avoid this company, even if they are your only option. We trusted these people only to get cheated. read more

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. This business has the worst customer service ever. Not only do they lie about their products, but they are also disrespectful. They say their part fits one car, but when it was test fitted after the purchase, it wasn't to the correct car. After contacting them multiple times respectfully, they refuse to give a refund on the product they sold. They say their products are brand new, but in fact they are not. Their carbon fiber products are cracked, even though they are sold as brand new. They offer to give a partial refund to fix the carbon fiber parts, but they do not give you enough money to even repair the parts. Worst customer service I have ever experienced. No one should be cheated out of their money. Showstoppers USA does not care for their customers, they only care until you walk out of their door after purchasing a flawed product. Ok, first off, Chuck (the owner) is one of the coolest people you'll ever meet. Me and my brother have been getting parts from him for a year now and have already got over 7g's worth of parts. Ive read other's reviews about the place being "messy", and parts being everywhere, but it looks more like a showroom type of design, to show the customers that walk in, how wide of a variety of parts he can get, from wheels, to bushings and all the way to intakes/exhaust and body parts. I've walked in and saw the same rims i wanted sitting on the boxes in the showroom but that doesn't mean those are the parts he's giving you. He got me a brand new set in the box and for all the other parts i got, EVERYTHING was packaged perfectly. His shipping is the quickest around and prices are the best you can get. (Got me coilovers for 125.00 less than anywhere else) You walk in, tell him your car, what part, gives you a price and you pick it up in MAXIMUM 2 days. Chuck is the man to go to! read more
