Very friendly, and helpful and he knew what he was talking about. A good man. The store was very clean, well-organized, and stocked. Since it is near where I live I think I'll go there in the future to buy items related to our cars. A couple of days I needed to buy some engine oil ( I thought). When I walked into the store a nice employee, his name is Al greeted me and asked me if he could help me. I told him what I needed and after a few questions and some of my obvious confused answer offered me to check my oil for me. He told Mei don't even need oil. I was so impressed that he was so honest to me. Something like this makes a huge impact on me as a customer. Then I pointed out that I was supposed to also fill up the coolant. And pointed to the wrong cap. I am so glad he was there. That would have been a disaster if he wouldn't have shown me where the coolant goes in. Then we went back into the store and I bought the coolant and a funnel. I also signed up and got a 20% coupon. That saved me 20% off. I have to repeat myself. This store has such a wonder team. The state requires you to pay a core charge that's like $25 and I paid it, I returned my old battery to get it back and he tried to tell me I didn't pay it and its fine - they'll take my battery. LMFAO I went to his coworker who said uhhh, scanned my receipt and apologized and my refund went though and told me he'll tell him that he was wrong and wanted to use my receipt to explain. Don't get scammed, when you recycle an old battery with a receipt from the new one especially, get your core deposit refund. And then they didn't install it when I asked and said come back 2 hours later. Yeah no
