The brunch menu is so good and definitely worth going for, but they also have great dinner options, which makes it a place you can come back to anytime. The staff is super friendly, attentive, and made us feel really welcomed the entire time. It never felt rushed, and they were always around when we needed anything. The ambiance is one of my favorite parts. It has that cozy Irish pub feel but still feels lively and fun, whether you are there for brunch or dinner. It is the kind of place you can sit, relax, and really enjoy your time. Overall, just such a great spot with amazing food, great service, and a really good atmosphere. I had the taco salad, which was super fresh and flavorful, and also tried one of their burgers--juicy, perfectly cooked, and seriously satisfying. But the real MVP? A bucket of $2 Bud Light and Coors Light drinks! Yes, $2. Total steal. The vibe here is unmatched. They've got DJ karaoke every Thursday (so fun!), and the whole place just has great energy. Whether you want to belt out a song, chill with friends, or just enjoy some good eats and drinks, this is the spot. They also have a full specialty cocktail menu--everything is under $15, and most are under $10, which is wild considering how good they are. Plus, they're always doing something fun: trivia nights, live music, karaoke--you name it. If you're looking for good food, cheap drinks, and a guaranteed good time, Uncle Bud's is it. Everything was good, but the wings could've been hotter. The pizza was 10/10 super delicious, and the elote Mac n cheese was surprisingly delicious as well. The ambiance was a regular bar nothing special. I will say some of the decor could make people feel some type of way. For example, there was a sign that said something along the lines of "stand for the anthem and kneel for prayer." The service was not bad but not the best. Our waitress as very nice and helpful to us.
