Second they not gave us an estimate but options for payment. The overall cost was close to but less than the other guys, but Perdue was no pressure, they offered a better warranty on parts and labor and options for payment. Lastly we support businesses that are local, family owned, and/or veteran owned. It really helps when they don't charge you as if you are bezoar or musk. If you are looking for great service and fair prices give the Perdue's a call and let Eric or Bob help you out. I plan to keep them on my HVAC speed dial.

Before every appointment, they send a text with the tech's name, photo, and even a little bio including their hobbies. It's like getting a match on a dating app, only this time the person actually shows up and fixes the problem instead of ghosting you. The first visit didn't clear the clog, but the next day another technician came out and patiently explained everything. Both were courteous, on time, and really knew their stuff. And while Yelp loves photos, trust me -- nobody wants to see what was blocking my drain. That's a whole different genre. Bottom line: Boothe's brings personality and professionalism to plumbing. I have been looking for a welder for about one year! None of the ones I contacted followed…read morethrough. The work entailed welding together an indoor iron railing that Home Depot's sub contracter cut when he installed wood floors. Sterling Green was recommended by my plumber and he responded immediately. Within less than 24 hours the job was done. He welded the railing and throughout the job kept everything clean and safe. I highly recommend his service. His card states that he provides all process piping, total maintenance, heating, refrigeration and A/C. One more thing, his wife and he are very nice individuals!
