Our Heating and Air Company went out of business so we were looking for a new one. I saw the great reviews for Perdue and decided to call them for a second opinion. As we expected, are system was working great. Eric was very good. I was excited to have found our new Heating and Air Company and wanted to sign a service contract. They had a new software system, so they couldn't send it out yet. Over the next few months, I called and texted Eric's cell and the company line where I spoke to an operator. They either didn't respond or put me off. This happened 5 or 6 times. Sadly, I can't trust a company that won't return calls or send out a service contract. Back to looking for a new company. Too bad, because I liked their work.

(I've been trying to get them out to my house since JULY 2024 to fix an issue). Additionally, their work is S.H.I.T. They used my original (outdated!) HVAC duct system that is patchy and full of holes and didn't replace any of the insulation or properly reinstall it at the least... resulting in a breeding ground for mold every time we have a hot and humid day, as well as my indoor vents and fireplace dripping water from heavy condensation. Now the drywall inside my garage around the system has turned to mold and they aren't returning my calls. I'm done playing phone tag. This is the work they'll sell to you and apparently take pride in, and then tell you their crap work isnt "covered" in your contract when asking them to replace it, when the initial work wasn't done properly to begin with. Do your research into these companies. Update 11/12/2024: Keith came over to look at the damage and refused accountability. Raised his voice multiple times reiterating that duct work isnt included in my contract but acknowledged they used the old existing duct system (which created this issue) You'd think when requesting a NEW HVAC SYSTEM that the DUCT work would be replaced as I'm requesting and paying for a new system or ensure your customers are aware this is NOT INCLUDED UP FRONT - you are setting your customers up for failure and running your business quite shady. As every time I call, I get the run around you're caring for the elderly which is why I don't get contacted for weeks at a time - I'd think as a company you'd have more integrity. I do not appreciate the lack of accountability and disrespect towards customers who have concerns. It took over 6 weeks to have someone contact me back, come to my house and disrespect me while telling me to contact a lawyer. Wow..... this is the quality of work and type of treatment they provide their existing customers.

Before every appointment, they send a text with the tech's name, photo, and even a little bio including their hobbies. It's like getting a match on a dating app, only this time the person actually shows up and fixes the problem instead of ghosting you. The first visit didn't clear the clog, but the next day another technician came out and patiently explained everything. Both were courteous, on time, and really knew their stuff. And while Yelp loves photos, trust me -- nobody wants to see what was blocking my drain. That's a whole different genre. Bottom line: Boothe's brings personality and professionalism to plumbing. The work entailed welding together an indoor iron railing that Home Depot's sub contracter cut when he installed wood floors. Sterling Green was recommended by my plumber and he responded immediately. Within less than 24 hours the job was done. He welded the railing and throughout the job kept everything clean and safe.
