    Tri County Aire came to a foreclosed house i had just bought to inspect the HVAC system. They…read moredetermined the malfunction was due to massed paper clumps stuck inside the air handler. And they replaced a capacitor in the heat pump's gas backup system. Within 45 minutes TriCounty Aire had gotten the AC and heat working, when 2 other companies had said the entire system needed replacing. Today they quickly and inexpensively rerouted the condensate effluent tubing frozen solid during the ice storm, again solving the problem when others had insisted the entire HVAC system needed replacing. The AC worked all summer after TCA's spring service call, the heat worked fine until this icestorm. They are competent and honest, and most importantly, not out to overcharge the customer for unnecessary work.

    This is twice that this company has been a no-show to do an installation. I get that some jobs run…read morelonger but to call your customer at the end of the waiting period to say it's going to be another two hours after they've already waited four. Then receive another call to say they'll be there by 4 only to call your office at 4:45 to get we're closed with no phone call to say you won't be showing up today is unacceptable. I would like to cancel my order but I'm sure I'll run into some other hassle with that but I'll be on the phone again with you and I plan to NOT ever do business with you again. Having customers take the whole day off from work with no regards to their time is also UNACCEPTABLE. I wish I could give you negative stars at this point. Shame on your company on how they treat their customers.
