I saw the great reviews for Perdue and decided to call them for a second opinion. As we expected, are system was working great. Eric was very good. I was excited to have found our new Heating and Air Company and wanted to sign a service contract. They had a new software system, so they couldn't send it out yet. Over the next few months, I called and texted Eric's cell and the company line where I spoke to an operator. They either didn't respond or put me off. This happened 5 or 6 times. Sadly, I can't trust a company that won't return calls or send out a service contract. Back to looking for a new company. Too bad, because I liked their work.

The first visit didn't clear the clog, but the next day another technician came out and patiently explained everything. Both were courteous, on time, and really knew their stuff. However, when I called some of these other HVAC companies to get a quote for reverse-valve replacement, they wouldn't give me a price, or even tell me if they had the part, until they could charge me a diagnostic fee. He even drove 3hrs to pick up the OEM part needed for the job, rather than waiting for it to arrive in the mail. Now that's service!
