The shirt and the jacket are both Burberry Prorsum, which costed more than $2,000 when I bought them, and hence I didn't even bother arguing, as I was fully aware that it had been far more than the compensation they might be able to provide. When that didn't work she said they could take the coat back and clean it again, and because that didn't work (I was moving out of state before they'd be done with it, also 0% trust) said she could not refund the $15 they charged me, but the manager could at the other location across town. When I took it there, turns out the manager is only present from 7-9am. Took my coat to another cleaner and was told that what had likely happened was Concord Cleaners had dryed it with something fuzzy and it was best to just buy a defuzzing comb and try to fix it myself.
