4-5 baristas talking/bickering amongst themselves very loudly and girl at the register was visibly annoyed about having to take our order. The guy putting out drinks never called the names for the drink orders so the few people waiting had to read the labels of the drinks to find theirs. My coffee was a bit bitter but not too bad, mostly just appalled by the service. Inefficient and rude. read more

Placed a mobile order for drive thru, had 4 cars ahead of me, the guy taking the order asks the car in of me "how many cars were behind them" I sat in that drive thru for 15 minutes, seemed like they were delaying to take orders because they were closing in 30 minutes, got up to the window got my coffee and it tasted BURNT. White chocolate mocha had no taste of espresso or hardly any taste of white chocolat! literally tasted like burnt decaf. I'm a local here and when I come to get a $6-$7 coffee I expect it to be drinkable. Absolutely no reason for this. read more

This Starbucks seems to be a little understaffed and disorganized. Unfortunately the quality of the drinks was impacted. We stopped for a break on our roadtrip to feed our baby and use the bathroom. The bathrooms were fine and the staff was friendly but the drinks didn't turn out well. My iced matcha with almond milk was served hot and had to be redone. And my husband's iced coffee tasted like soap and was very watered down. He didn't finish it with his extremely rare for him- he usually drinks the grossest coffee at home- but he said this was so bad it wasn't worth finishing. ible Service at Drive-Thru - Never Coming Back! I just wanted to grab a simple coffee, but this Starbucks turned it into the most frustrating experience ever. I waited 30 minutes in the drive-thru line, and during all that time, nobody even bothered to take my order at the speaker. When I finally pulled up to the window, the lady there was extremely rude and unprofessional. She didn't apologize or try to fix the situation--she just asked, "What do you want?" I told her I still needed to place my order to get my coffee. Her response? "We didn't get your order, so you'll have to go back in line again. Please move from here." Excuse me? This was their mistake, and instead of taking responsibility, she pushed me out of the line like it was my fault. Absolutely unacceptable customer service. Sat down at one of their outside tables when absolutely no other customers were outside. Sat farthest away from the door. Within moments a female employee came out and asked if we were going to buy something there. If not we had to leave. I totally understand but not a customer in site. We sat in our car to eat our ice cream . When we looked back there was a group of 4 girls and another couple all sitting at their tables with ice cream and no Starbucks item in site. I am very disappointed with my experience with this Starbucks. I mobile ordered a strawberry refresher with WATER! The refresher was clearly made with lemonade. I went to ask the worker and she told me it was made with water. She said the sticker on the side said it was made in lemonade. (It was not). She did not even bother to remake it, as the Starbucks policy said you should do. I was with a group of friends, and they messed up 5 drinks, making them with lemonade when you asked for water. I was starting to wonder if you ran out of water at your Starbucks considering how many refreshers were made with lemonade read more

I read all the comments before i came but I thought "it should be fine" especially because it was the closest one to me. As soon as I got there the woman on the speaker was absolutely rude. I ordered 2 drink and 2 food, when I got to the window she gave me my drink in a tall I asked for a venti with light ice...I saw her pour my drink in a venti cup and added more ice to fill it up. it defeated the whole purpose not to mention when I said I wanted a venti she gave me an eye roll and walked away before I could finish my sentence. They crank out drinks here - decently made - HOWEVER, sandwich duty is another thing. Ordered on mobile app. Drinks weee ready nearly immediately. The four sandwiches, however, took 17 mins to get. They completely neglect the sandwich process. I noticed that someone had taken out sandwiches out of the warmers and then let them sit there for another 7 mins unbagged. I finally send something, gently, and was met with come and utter frustration and rudeness from the manager. She literally threw the bag at me once she went and got them. No apology, in fact quite the opposite. We had an everything bagel in the order and I asked for cream cheese which apparently is extra and NOT available to order on the mobile app (at least not that I could find). So after my 17 min wait on sandwiches she promptly said that I had to get in the line of 6 people to pay for it. I said, ah, how about we call it even for my 17 minute wait. She loved that idea so much that she did a three foot throw at me and our bag. I wonder if they teach that in Starbucks manager training. If you like waiting 40 minutes in line for one drink, this is the perfect place to do it. And no its not because of the tourists, it's the turtles they hired as baristas working behind the counter. Pretty sure one was still trying to flip themselves over when I got to the window. Would've given them two stars if they had a second aisle to drive out when you decided you didn't want to wait an hour. My drink was so watered down from the melted ice cubes, I had half a mind to get back in line and spend the next hour writing a strongly worded letter and raising hell at the window. Great to stop over with a huge road trip ahead, but this Starbucks had bad practice with too much ice in the Tevana Tea. Within three small sips, their largest cup was halfway gone (see photo). I had went to this location earlier today and they treated me and the people that were with me with so much kindness. They were very fast with our order and prioritized us. We had Alana and Harmony serving us and they were nothing but nice to us. As soon as we walked through the door we felt welcome. Not only were Alana and Harmony great to us, the food and drinks we had there were amazing. I have went there many times and the staff have never treated me near how kindly Alana and Harmony did. I will be returning in hopes they will be working. I have gotten drinks there many times but they have never been so good let alone got to us so fast. Great service - we went on a peak day in the summer during cheer camp week (not a joke). There were busloads of cheer camps and dancers coming to this Starbucks. The employees handled it like champs and were very kind with the orders. I appreciated their patience with everyone. This location also has outdoor seating which becomes very convenient for crowds. As a partner it was such a negative experience going in for 2 drinks and I'm assuming the store shift giving me an attitude after I asked what the status was of my drinks. The woman that ordered her drinks after me got her drinks almost an hour after we had ordered and I went to ask the store shift who was on bar what the status of my drinks was after I ordered at 11:16am and (it was 12pm) she gave me an attitude "What's your name" I said my name and the drinks I ordered and what time I ordered them at and she goes "Wow that's a long time," the partner on front register printed my receipt out and the (assuming store shift) partner on bar let out a large sigh and when I told her I had a second drink she said "I'm only making one drink right now." So I went back to the table I was waiting at and another woman waiting said "she's rude." I don't usually review places like Starbucks, I see drive through experiences as too brief of an encounter to waste my time with.... Unless I get a stack of attitude from a 19 year old high school drop out. My wife orders the same thing every time she is at a starbucks. She has a really bad reaction to caffeine and she always.... And I mean ALWAYS reminds the voice in the box that it has to be decaf. On this particular occasion the voice in the box must have just been dumped by her boyfriend because she snapped back that she had just repeated the order back to her. My wife then defended herself by telling the child about her reaction to caffeine. To that the little voice told her "I just said that....twice honey". We like Starbucks. My qualms about the Dells were quashed when I saw the sign, and in a place like this, off-season, this Starbucks is surprisingly busy. It's a normal store-front setup with a drive-thru on the side. Service is good, and so is the Wifi. There are good seats and tables, so it's a comfy place to settle down and get some work done. read more
