On route to upstate Wisconsin, I was craving Dunkin Donuts since it's been a very long time since I last had a DD meal. We took a detour to this specific DD in the Wisconsin Dells and it was undeniably disappointing. First off, the service was a little slow. We went through the drive through and have to pull over to the other side and wait for quite a bit for our meal. After the long wait, the meal itself was even more disappointing. The hash brown wasn't made as crispy as other times and my bacon, egg and cheese bagel breakfast had all the bacon on only one side. Next time if I'm craving DD, I'll probably pass on this location and go somewhere else along the way. Perhaps it might have been a busy day but that's no excuse for poorly made food. Awful experience for a 1st visit to Dunkin Donuts. I get that it's a busy location, but yikes. We ordered a couple of breakfast sandwiches and a coffee. We didn't get a receipt, and were told to pull up to the 2nd orange sign. Which really made no sense... because there were a couple of other cars too. We waited about 5 minutes, and our food was brought out. The guy practically threw it at my husband and mumbles something. He didn't even ask if it was the right order or anything, and walked away super quick before we could respond. We were missing a breakfast sandwich, so then my husband went inside and didn't have a receipt since we never got one. The hash browns were cold and not even crispy. For being one of the handful of spots opened at the crack of dawn, you'd think they'd want to leave their customers with service to remember (in a good way). Customer service was horrible and I think the gal who took my order never learned how to smile. She was super vague and besides taking my order/money, not very helpful or friendly. The croissant was super stale. I had to warm it up in the microwave just to give it some sort of life. O.K., so decided to go to double D for some great coffee and donuts as an early morning treat, before the family woke up from a late night of vacationing in Lake Delton, Wisconsin. The cashier was very helpful and friendly. I believe her name was Kholin. She was sweet and took time in assisting with the large order I had. When I was leaving, I had a lot of packages, a male employee came over to assist. Thomas was his name. He helped me out to the car. Ridiculous. We placed an order on the app 20 minutes in advance. While I don't expect them to have all of the flavors at all times, a decent selection would be nice. The order wasn't ready and we were chastised for coming through the drive thru without stopping at the speaker. We were handed a cup of coffee that was really sticky. Gross, then it took 5 minutes for them to come out to the car to bring our order. No apology, no thank you. He didn't know which car to go to so we flag him down and prove it was our order. Donuts were extremely dry and left a disgusting film in your mouth. Even though we bought them in the afternoon these donuts tasted like they were from the day before. Not too much of a waste as we only spent $2.50 for 10 donut holes (munchkins). Maybe the donuts are better in the morning but I'm not going to potentially waste money money to find out. read more

OMG, I have Dunkin Donuts withdrawal. Being a Boston native, I have often made stops on my way to/from work for a coffee break. Before MSP, I had my weekend fix in DSM at a few locations. Well, Dunkin Donuts is coming to the Twin Cities but until then, I was lucky to pass here on the way back from Madison. My girlfriend got her beef jerky at the outlet but we didn't find anything in the outlet mall. I did find this useful coupon in the Tanger outlet coupon book for 15% off. We got a large ice coffee and small ice tea for the ride back home. YEAHH!!! Plus, easy access on both sides of the road since it has it's own traffic light. read more

Then the same rude, bucked tooth worker asked me rudely, "Well do you still want it on the croissant??!" I said, "Isn't that what the #4 is?? A croissant sandwich? But no sausage!" It is a great place to stop in for a quick treat. They have amazingly fast service which is great! And ir is attached to a very big convenience store which is great to go to the bathroom. Also there is a gas station right there in front of it so idlf you need to gas up send someone in to the Dunkin Donuts . We went there yesterday and my friend got a glazed donut but said it was good on the outside but dry, and not much flavor on the inside. Everything on the inside of our bag was gone in minutes!! P.S. Despite being quite busy, the young man who was at the register was very patient and went out of his way to make sure customers' orders were correct. He was also very quick when typing in the orders. The iced coffees we got were great, as were the donuts. I also ordered a bacon, egg, and cheese bagel, which was quite burnt and pretty flavorless. When we called back and talked to the manager, he was very unprofessional in handling the situation and did not offer any type of solution to the problem. i stopped in today for my free birthday drink. i was having problems with my app not showing my free drink, so I needed to speak to a manager so I decided to go inside instead of the drive thru, thinking it would be easier on the staff. it took a couple minutes for an employee to even acknowledge me, but I wasn't impatient or upset. the girl who first spoke to me was absolutely lovely, very sweet and offered to grab her manager for me which I thanked her for. the manager walked past to speak to someone in the drive true and in passing told me I'd have to wait a bit, which I understood and was okay with. then I waited for over ten minutes while the manager ignored me. there was no other customers in the lobby and four employees working, it seems odd that the manager couldn't help me for one minute. i ended up walking out since I have a job to get to, and as I'm leaving I see there's only one car in the drive thru. absolutely no reason for me to be ignored. read more

One morning, on my way to St. Mary's hospital in Madison, I came to this store (At what my clock in my car read at 5:34 AM). I waited in front of the store for at least three minutes. Two employees were behind the counter and they both noticed me--one actually looked up and laughed. I then left, called the number of the store, and a woman employee answered. She explained to me that the store's atomic clock read 5:29 and that the store does not open until 5:30. I understand store policies, but I find that to be extremely rude and lazy. We ordered a half dozen assorted donuts to eat in store but one was wrong. Approached the counter for an exchange. Two small girls there ordering for their mom (who stayed in the car) but super unsure what they were supposed to order. Waited patiently for 5+ minutes holding the wrong donut, clearly with a quick question. Finally spoke up and asked for an exchange for the donut which was literally 3 feet behind the counter. Rudely told me I had gotten the correct donut and that I would have to wait. Literally 15 minutes later after I showed her that there was no filling in my filled donut I got an exchange. Decent donuts though on the small size. If you just want a few bites then this is your ticket. read more
