Thank goodness I could this place, as the hotel location was robbing us with over priced drinks and that location doesn't take starbuck apps Looks like the store is new, it was the only tenant in the building. This location does not have an inside portion where people can go in. Weird, right? So, I had to go through the drive thru to get my drink. However, no one was there to see that we had pulled up. Wow, this Starbucks is definitely one to avoid. I generally feel that Starbucks coffee is good enough for my caffeine fix, but this location is not really worth going to. At 3pm, the drive through was completely backed up, which I discovered was because of incompetent/lazy staff, who were also not very friendly. They have an outdoor seating area, mainly because they have no inside. It is literally a shack. To top it off, from the way I normally go to get here, it is on the wrong side of the street, making it difficult to get in and out. Luckily there are four better Starbucks in the area. read more

This Starbucks is a Starbucks drive-through. Although you can order at a window if you are sitting outdoors. Parking is very limited, because this is strictly a drive through location. I am not sure about their wi-fi capabilities. The service is excellent and FAST, every time I pull up to pay, the drink is there ready for me. Everyone that works here has an amazingly happy and cheerful attitude and if there is no one behind you in line they will strike up a conversation. They have better attitudes than I've seen at other Starbucks! Highly recommended if you need your fix! read more

I see this Starbucks backed up in the wee morning hours of the beginning of the day as i drive past before work. I wouldn't dare go at this time to get my coffee. I usually brew my own from home in the morning. But during not rush times this place is quite convenient since its drive thru. Although small as a Shack on a Midwest farm, this place will give you your fix, but don't bother having a nice experience, it's too small to stop and enjoy. It's a drive-up or walk-up with outdoor seating. Extremely tight parking options. Quick but sloppy service. Heated up my pre-cooked breakfast sandwich, and slapped it into a paper bag so that it completely fell apart with the cheese spilled out and stuck to the paper bag. Nice. No napkins anywhere. When I first moved away from my Starbucks in rosemont I was so sad til I became a regular at the wheeling Starbucks.... I LOVE this Starbucks, I love the people that work there, and I love the fact it's a drive thru! I literally pull up now and just start ordering my drink and they stop me and finish my order ( venti iced caramel macchiato with an extra shot, 9 pumps of vanilla, 4 scoops of vanilla bean and "an absurd amount of caramel" at the bottom) I don't know all their names but I think the ones name is Matt with the bald head... First Starbucks drive-through I have been to in my life, and the best! My mom and I were in town for my brother's graduation, and she was telling me how much she LLLOVED the sandwiches from Starbucks. We order our drinks, and we're greeted by an energetic and friendly employee named Danny Mac. He was kind and personable, and my mom was shocked that my drink (A Venti-Frap) was $5. Jokingly I said "I'll give you $3.00 for the drink," like Starbucks would negotiate a price... All the same he laughed and offered us free sandwiches to compliment our visit! The sandwiches made my mom so happy, and when she is happy I am happy! Excellent job Danny Mac. This Starbucks is like no other I've seen. It literally looks like a beach concession stand! But it does the job and my usual chai latte was crafted to perfection. From Milwaukee you might miss it as you need to make a quick turn onto the side street followed by another quick turn into the lot or else you'll miss it. This location makes the most of it's small space, but the drive thru runs around the building and tight parking line the drive thru making it a little tough to navigate if there are more than a couple patrons. Ample outdoor seating with umbrellas and bike parking. Friendly staff. read more

After a long day at work I am at the drive thru window and order a Capucino. The employee does not ask whether or not I need a sachet of sugar or not. I go to the pick up window and ask if they have put Sugar .... they say no. I ask them to give me few sachets of Sugar...they give it to me....I then ask for a stirrer, they give it to me with a body language of "frustration" and then tell me that I should have asked for Sugar in the coffee while I order. Well, I am your customer Mr Starbucks and I do not care to remember and abide by your 'TO DOs' / 'rules and regulations'. The behavior was rude. read more

I don't know what it is about Starbucks but they seem to have very frequent bad service, especially this one. I work with coffee lovers and unfortunately this is the closet Starbucks to our work. We tend to go here more than twice a day or almost everyday and it's never any better. It can be okay service but it's never outstanding or worth talking about. They employees are anything but friendly, they rush you through your order, are rude, they make rude comments to you/about you while you're at the window and you can clearly hear them. If they mess up your drink, which happens often, they blame you for not being clear with them. They're also very slow and this isn't the biggest drive thru, so the line can get backed up very fast. Usually when you go to a certain place so often, they remember who you are, some remember your orders, etc. Not this place. It doesn't matter who you are, they are just rude! read more

The gentleman that took my order was very polite, friendly and professional. I customized my strawberry smoothie to not have banana as it says it's a strawberry smoothie, not a strawberry banana smoothie. I didn't want banana. There was not a button on the cash register to eliminate the banana so he had to verbally tell them and I can see one of the higher-ups say, "she's going to be charged for it anyway". I said, "that's okay because I asked for double the strawberries which took the place of the banana. He was very, very nice. He reassured me that I would not be charged extra... quietly. read more

Took so long I just left, even after paying for my drink. Ordered and the woman told me it was gonna be 5 minutes because it was busy, no problem. After close to ten minutes and seeing a bunch of other people get their coffee, I go up and ask about mine. The cashier looks at me surprised and asks me what I ordered again. I tell her, it's no big deal, and I stand by the window waiting since I figure it'll be fast now. Nope, after five minutes she asks me what my order is again. I tell her again, this time a little annoyed. After another 5 minutes - so twenty minutes in total - she asks me for my order again and apologizes saying they never made it. At this point I just want a refund because I can't be waiting half an hour for a coffee but more people show up and the girl looks completely overwhelmed so I just tell her to forget about it and get into my car. Great Starbucks. I go there before work many times and even though the line looks long they keep it moving very well. Employees are very polite. I was given a wrong drink once and they were wonderful about giving me a replacement the next time I was in. Didn't make me feel bad about it and gave me more than one option to correct it. Just stopped here on my way to the Westin hotel up the road. The guy serving was so super friendly and helpful that I was compelled to rate them. Sure you can have a wait, but that's kinda a flaw of making Starbucks into a drive-through. The drinks take some time to make so if the guy in front of you orders several then you can be stuck in the queue for a few mins. Was very pleased with the service at this location though. read more

I drive-thru this Starbucks every morning and I am constantly amazed by the great service! At this point! I simply drive up and don't even need to say anything! They apparently see me on the camera, say my order and have it ready for me when I drive around. All staff I have encountered are extremely friendly, laughing, smiling, and joking at whatever time of the day that I'm there. It is not too common to get this level of service these days. I greatly appreciate their personalized service, friendly attitude, and look forward to my morning cup of coffee everyday!!! read more
