Candy Cloud was such a fun little find I tried the peach drink and it honestly reminded me of an energy drink but in the best way possible. It had that refreshing kick, but was definitely on the sweeter side, which I actually loved. Super flavorful and perfect if you're craving something fruity and bold. My sister got one of their coffee drinks and WOW... it was so good. Very caramel-forward with a strong, rich coffee flavor definitely a must if you're into sweeter coffee with a real caffeine punch. We went a little before closing, and I was lowkey expecting slower service, but they were so quick and efficient. Everything came out fast and the staff was still super friendly, which I really appreciated. They also have a surprisingly big food menu, which makes me want to come back and actually try more next time. This would be a five-star review if my experience were limited to the store's staff, who in my experience always do a good job. Unfortunately, Candy Cloud has chosen to contract with zero-stars DoorDash, which is now the absolute worst of the worst among delivery services. And actually receiving your order is a key part of the bargain. Once again, DoorDash canceled my order at the last minute without refunding my money. Once again, their driver couldn't handle a short car trip. Much as I like Candy Cloud, I will not be spending any more money there until they switch to a competent delivery option. I love a good bubble tea and was excited to find one so close to the Target I always frequent. The interior was very minimal and modern. There were quite a few people hanging out inside. I did a mobile order and it was ready within a few minutes. There are so many options! I opted to try the green tea and was excited to see there was a lavender flavor option and of course I added pearls. I LOVE the tab on top - that's a first I've seen at any bubble tea place. The tea wasn't the best I've ever had and I'm not sure if it's because of the lavender flavor but that is my assumption since I never had it in a bubble tea before. Placed order online for some drinks for pickup. It was ready as promised. I ordered a drink in person so I can provide severe allergies to ensure it can be consumed. The person taking the order immediately told me "they cannot guarantee cross contamination" I was like that's fine. I proceeded to give her the allergens and ordered the Strawberry Matcha with boba. As I was going to pay I asked if she was going to inform the staff of the allergens and she called someone over - the person that took my order FORGOT the allergens I gave her and asked me to repeat them? At this point I really didn't have confidence in the staff. I proceeded to give the person preparing my drink the allergens. She said she can't "guarantee cross contamination" I was like ok but can she use a clean station. Then as I she gave my drink I said, "Thank you" and no response from her. At this point I was annoyed and said, "if someone says thank you, you say, you are welcome". She turns her back and satires at her co-worker and no response. I ask for a manager, and the manger is the person that took my order!!!! Yes, the person who forgot the allergens. This place definitely needs better management and friendlier staff. The "manager" that forgot allergens. I feel like they say "We cannot guarantee cross-contamination" so they don't have to take it serious. I didn't get the manager name but I placed tha order on 6/14-2025 at 2 15pm ish. If you have allergies, I highly recommend to be clear as they don't seem to be concerned here. Everyone in my family is obsessed with Candy Cloud, which isn't surprising since i gave birth to 3 sugar addicts. After trying their lemonade with boba I can see why they love it so much and the packaging couldn't be cuter. I try to stay away from sugary drinks myself and stick to water or coffee (although OK w/ a little sugar in my coffee). Fortunately, they also make delicous coffee in the same adorable packaging! They have kiosks to order and are pretty speedy, but if you're in a rush I suggest ordering ahead of time so it's ready when you get there. My kids usually stick with the lemonade,but have had the milkshakes on a few occasions and are big fans of those as well. In fact, I think they haven't met a candy cloud drink they don't like. This past weekend I planned a kids carnival for our school district and invited Candy Cloud to be part of the fun. They brought a cool inflatable, although the boba drinks were the big hit. They had long lines the entire time, which they were able to move along pretty quickly. I worked with Rahim at Candy Cloud to plan it all and he was incredibly responsive, flexible and organized. You order at kiosk and can make your adjustments and add ons. Pay at the kiosk and wait for your name or order number to be called. They were quick with making my horchata with boba. I enjoyed my drink, wished it was slightly sweeter but still good. They have different types of drinks from teas, lattes, shakes etc so would come back and explore their menu some more. I've been to Candy Cloud three times so far. I've ordered the iced lattes and shaken espresso. The drinks have been consistently good. I'm sure it depends on the barista/drink maker as to how aesthetic it will look, but it's always such a delicious coffee. I always get unsweetened oat milk with mine and it's actually still decently sweet. The shaken espresso is less sweet and stronger than the iced latte. I love how rich and bold the coffee is and how creamy/milky the overall flavor is. It's honestly so good. I don't find it to be overpriced unless you're adding a ton of customizations. I find it to be less expensive than Starbucks and highly worth it. The reviewer that says they use fake or artificial flavoring and show photos of their syrups - those are Smartfruit 100% Real Fruit Puree , they don't have any additives, are non-gmo, don't have added sugar and are shelf stable. This is actually right by my office, so I stopped in when I picked up my lunch at McAllister. The store is pretty cute and open. I went when it was just recently opened so it wasn't swamped with people and it was after 1ish so it wasn't a lunch rush. I had ordered the mango dragonfruit reviver. I was going to get it iced but then when I went through the kiosk prompt, it asked if I wanted it blended and I'm like hmm why not. I also added strawberry popping boba too. The drink itself wasn't that bad. It was refreshing with my lunch actually. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the topping option. This was my second visit to Candy Cloud because the location is very convenient since it's in the same shopping area as the Kohl's and Target. Parking is easy. Upon entering in the early afternoon, all of the kiosks were full. So instead we ordered via the Candy Cloud app. My daughter ordered the Orange Creamsickle with mango boba popping boba. I ordered the Signature Latte with regular boba. For the coffee orders you do have the option to reduce sugar levels and increase the espresso levels which is nice. In my opinion the Cloud Coffee is lighter so I'll probably get that next time. The order through the app was served up really quickly and you also get the text notifications in case you miss the name announcement. The store had a light steady flow of customers. The music is very soft which I do prefer because that allows you to talk at a normal level. If you sign up for their app you'll get $10 off for every $100 spent. The place was empty, when my husband and I walked in and the woman behind the counter never even acknowledged us. Not only did she not acknowledge us, she wasn't friendly in any way. No. If you like overpriced drinks and shakes, this is the place to be otherwise just go to Costco near by, they offer good ice cream and smoothies and other drinks for $3 or less.
