Surprised at how good these coffee are. We got a banana bread latte with oat milk (no extra charge for the sub). The bitterness is just right, so it doesn't feel too sweet. However the banana flavor is so minimal you can't really taste it. But overall still really good. We had a different drink last time too, and it was also pretty good.
Tried Candy Cloud in Glenview for the first time and was honestly surprised in a good way. The concept is really fun and they have a nice mix of sweet and savory options. A lot of dessert spots can be overly sweet, but nothing we tried felt too heavy or sugary. We tried a few drinks like the Butterfly Lavender Lemonade, Berry Smoothie, Horchata, and the Golden Hour Chai with oat milk. All of them were really good and refreshing. The layered ice cream drinks were also fun to try, especially the Birthday Cake and Tropical Burst flavors. What I liked most was that they also have savory options. The Jalapeño Popper Grilled Cheese and Garlic Parm Pretzels were both really good and a nice balance to all the sweets. Overall it was a really fun spot with unique drinks and desserts, and I would definitely come back again.
I love a good bubble tea and was excited to find one so close to the Target I always frequent. The interior was very minimal and modern. There were quite a few people hanging out inside. I did a mobile order and it was ready within a few minutes. There are so many options! I opted to try the green tea and was excited to see there was a lavender flavor option and of course I added pearls. I LOVE the tab on top - that's a first I've seen at any bubble tea place. The tea wasn't the best I've ever had and I'm not sure if it's because of the lavender flavor but that is my assumption since I never had it in a bubble tea before. I think all the fruit options are a much better way to go. I'm looking forward to coming back and trying more menu items and even their savory food items.
Really appreciate that they have a skinny drink section on their menu. They even have skinny lemonade. I had the skinny sugar free vanilla latte with oatmilk and I shared a sweet heat melt. The sandwich is a grilled cheese with turkey, bacon, and sweet pepper jam. It's so good! I tried my daughter's blue coconut lemonade and my husband's mangonade both of which were super tasty.
Placed order online for some drinks for pickup. It was ready as promised. I ordered a drink in person so I can provide severe allergies to ensure it can be consumed. The person taking the order immediately told me "they cannot guarantee cross contamination" I was like that's fine. I proceeded to give her the allergens and ordered the Strawberry Matcha with boba. As I was going to pay I asked if she was going to inform the staff of the allergens and she called someone over - the person that took my order FORGOT the allergens I gave her and asked me to repeat them? At this point I really didn't have confidence in the staff. I proceeded to give the person preparing my drink the allergens. She said she can't "guarantee cross contamination" I was like ok but can she use a clean station. Then as I she gave my drink I said, "Thank you" and no response from her. At this point I was annoyed and said, "if someone says thank you, you say, you are welcome". She turns her back and satires at her co-worker and no response. I ask for a manager, and the manger is the person that took my order!!!! Yes, the person who forgot the allergens. This place definitely needs better management and friendlier staff. The "manager" that forgot allergens. I feel like they say "We cannot guarantee cross-contamination" so they don't have to take it serious. I didn't get the manager name but I placed tha order on 6/14-2025 at 2 15pm ish. If you have allergies, I highly recommend to be clear as they don't seem to be concerned here. As far as tho drinks, it was good. But I can get them same at other local spots that have a much more friendlier that cares about people with allergies. Rating a 1 due to unfriendly staff.
The vibes in Candy Cloud are really cool! The drinks are always fantastic, but on the pricier side. The drinks didn't take too long. I would definitely come back
Great options, great service, really cool ambiance. Candy cloud has alot of options for everyone. Whether you drink coffee or non caffeinated beverages, they have you covered. I got the Matcha and it was really good. It was balanced and not too much ice was added, and it came in a really cool cup. The staff were very friendly and gave great recommendations.
Candy Cloud is a cute spot in a strip mall, plenty of parking. The best part is they are v open late. We wanted a place to chill and get some boba and came here. You order at kiosk and can make your adjustments and add ons. Pay at the kiosk and wait for your name or order number to be called. They were quick with making my horchata with boba. I enjoyed my drink, wished it was slightly sweeter but still good. They have different types of drinks from teas, lattes, shakes etc so would come back and explore their menu some more. They have some seating if you're looking to chill.
Sip the magic at Candy Cloud, where every month tastes like a dream. Just when I thought Candy Cloud in Glenview couldn't top themselves, they dropped a limited-edition Banana Bread Latte and it's pure perfection. So cozy, creamy, and comforting basically banana bread in a cup They come up with new specials every month, so if you haven't been yet... what are you waiting for?!
Me and my friend stopped in for refreshment at Candy Cloud. I got the pretty Blue Coconut Lemonade with strawberry popping boba on ice. It's very sweet - no way to adjust the level of sweetness. My friend enjoyed their milk tea latte with sweet foam and boba although they wanted to adjust their ice level. Cool calm and relaxing here this morning.
I've tried this place a few times. The first time I came, I realized that I need to order from an iPad vs talking to a real person. I just downloaded the app so I don't have to wait now. The mango with boba was good but to me I thought it was a tad too sweet. The milk tea without boba was just ok. The chocolate milk shake was good. I like the containers that the drink is in - super cute!!
Its a small place but the inside is really cute. Service is great! Parking isnt an issue. Now for the drink. I had the PURPLE POTION which is thei version of the ube. I love it! The best thing about it is everything is customizable. The kind of milk, milk sweetness, ice or blended, drink sweetness, what kind of syrup and drizzle. I love it! I can already see myself frequenting the place. Definitely coming back to try new stuff! Happy drinking!

Once you go candy cloud, you'll never go back to Starbucks or DD again that says a lot coming from me I also don't ever do reviews. Can't wait to visit the café in person love, how it is packaged when it's a to go order to go and officially in love. read more
Candy Cloud was such a pleasant surprise. If you enjoy bubble tea, dirty drinks or unique drinks, then you'll love Candy Cloud. Who would have thought that Dr.Pepper and Ube would go so well together? The Dr. Pepper Ube with boba was my favorite. The Ube flavor was there but not overpowering and the boba here consistently is soft with a great chewiness to it. I also really enjoyed milk tea with Dr.Pepper and boba. There's a really nice end note of Dr.Pepper. Not only are the drinks themselves unique and fun but also the can they come in. It's a clear plastic can where they seal it with the metal top of a pop can. You pull the tab back creating that satisfying pop sound with the fizz. Besides the many set drinks they have you can customize your drink however you'd like. You can even create a layered shake or have it blended. read more

Candy Cloud was such a fun little find I tried the peach drink and it honestly reminded me of an energy drink but in the best way possible. It had that refreshing kick, but was definitely on the sweeter side, which I actually loved. Super flavorful and perfect if you're craving something fruity and bold. My sister got one of their coffee drinks and WOW... it was so good. Very caramel-forward with a strong, rich coffee flavor definitely a must if you're into sweeter coffee with a real caffeine punch. We went a little before closing, and I was lowkey expecting slower service, but they were so quick and efficient. Everything came out fast and the staff was still super friendly, which I really appreciated. They also have a surprisingly big food menu, which makes me want to come back and actually try more next time. That elote sandwich is already calling my name Overall, such a cute spot with great drinks and speedy service. Definitely coming back to explore more of the menu! read more

First time trying this place. I love the interior-it is nice, clean, and modern. The staff were friendly when I asked for recommendations. I decided to order their mangonade with brown sugar boba with 50% sweet. It tastes refreshing however it was on the sweeter side becuase of brown sugar boba. Next time I will only get 25% and I think it would be perfect. For now thumbs up and will return and try their other drinks. read more
This is actually right by my office, so I stopped in when I picked up my lunch at McAllister. The store is pretty cute and open. I went when it was just recently opened so it wasn't swamped with people and it was after 1ish so it wasn't a lunch rush. I had ordered the mango dragonfruit reviver. I was going to get it iced but then when I went through the kiosk prompt, it asked if I wanted it blended and I'm like hmm why not. I also added strawberry popping boba too. The drink itself wasn't that bad. It was refreshing with my lunch actually. The only thing I wasn't a fan of was the topping option. I usually like lychee jelly with my tea drinks and they only had a few options for the toppings. I do want to try their shakes and other specialities though. I mean I work so close, I am sure I'll be back. read more

This was my second visit to Candy Cloud because the location is very convenient since it's in the same shopping area as the Kohl's and Target. Parking is easy. Upon entering in the early afternoon, all of the kiosks were full. So instead we ordered via the Candy Cloud app. My daughter ordered the Orange Creamsickle with mango boba popping boba. I ordered the Signature Latte with regular boba. For the coffee orders you do have the option to reduce sugar levels and increase the espresso levels which is nice. In my opinion the Cloud Coffee is lighter so I'll probably get that next time. The order through the app was served up really quickly and you also get the text notifications in case you miss the name announcement. The store had a light steady flow of customers. The music is very soft which I do prefer because that allows you to talk at a normal level. If you sign up for their app you'll get $10 off for every $100 spent. I'll probably be taking advantage of that coupon pretty soon. read more

This place is just running on hype at this point. It's overpriced because they put so much ice in their drinks and their containers are small. They also lie about having "fresh fruit" smoothies, because I watched them make it with artificial strawberry syrup. It was disgusting! Look at the pictures, it's artificial/fake flavoring for strawberry and mango. Service is ok, nothing special. Inside ambiance is fine. I definitely do not recommend! read more
The drinks we ordered were overall pretty good. Very fun presentation and easy to take the drinks to-go since they are made fresh and then "canned". I wonder how long they would last in a fridge if you wanted to stock up? But of course we opened them and drank them right away to try. My drink was a lemon strawberry concoction mixed with some vanilla soft serve. It was really good. My only critique is really that this isn't a "boba tea" place. I would consider them more of a "smoothie" or "frozen drink" spot, but the drinks were good. We left overall satisfied read more

I love the decor of this place and the myriad of choices. Almost everything is customizable. Milk tea and the coffee are my favorite categories, been there a few times already. Good texture on the boba. I don't like things to be too sweet ... half sweet is good on the coffees and teas! I would recommend decreasing sweetness levels for maximum enjoyment! :) read more
