I'd like to come back and try some of their breakfast items next time. The staff was helpful and provided great recommendations. Overall, it's a great spot to grab something quick on your way to work or just going grocery shopping.

There was also no wait at all, which made the experience convenient and easy for a morning coffee run. I ordered through the app beforehand, and I will say the app itself was extremely user-friendly. Signing up was simple, and I was able to redeem a free medium drink reward right away, which was a nice touch for first-time customers. For drinks, I tried the Banana Matcha and the Caramelicious Latte. Unfortunately, the Banana Matcha really didn't taste like banana at all, which was disappointing because I was excited for something different. It was in the sweeter side. The bigger letdown was the Caramelicious Latte. Mine seemed to be missing the caramel completely, it honestly tasted like plain cold foam over a regular latte with little to no sweetness or flavor. Considering it's one of their signature drinks, I expected much more. For food, I ordered the waffle sandwich and the bagel sandwich. Both were decent, but for around $5 each, they were much smaller than similar breakfast sandwiches I've had elsewhere. The portions just didn't match the price point in my opinion. The staff was polite and trying their best, but the ordering/pickup process seemed a little disorganized. Even though I ordered through the app, I was asked multiple times whether I had already received certain items. At one point, they even asked if I got an Oreo shake that I never ordered, so it seemed like there was some confusion behind the scenes. Overall, I'd give this location a 3/5. It definitely has potential , the location is clean, service is fast, and the employees were friendly. Since it's a brand-new establishment, I'm hoping they just need a little more time to work out the kinks and improve consistency with the drinks and order flow. I'll probably give it another try in a few months because I really wanted to love it and had higher expectations going in.

That said, the prices are a bit higher than what I'd expect for a standard coffee shop in the area. Also, the line can get pretty long, and the parking lot setup isn't always the most convenient when it's busy. The line can move pretty slow, so don't recommend if you are in a rush. The staff is great, welcoming and friendly, which definitely makes the experience better. Overall, a good place to grab coffee if you don't mind a little wait!
