Every single time I come here the service is exceptional. Today I was having a particularly rough day and I said that to the cashier behind the counter, because although I wasn't being mean in any way, I felt like my energy was easy to pick up on and felt bad about that. In response this person was very kind and understanding. In addition, I had no idea what I wanted really and they were helpful and asked all the right questions. I loved the latte I ordered. It was delicious. To top it all off and in a shocking event, not only were the workers nice, they were incredibly empathetic and ended up writing a note on my cup. 280a E Main St, Westfield, MA 01085 They were literally SOOO sweet and kind! I NEVER write reviews good or bad but I just wanted to show my appreciation to this SBUX staff. The gentleman who made my drink wrong (passion tango lemonade - PTL) made the moment right, it looked like he was a little new and he made it with Coconut milk. I think confusing the Summer Skies drink, or pink drink with passion lemonade - they are all pink after all. Not sure but a speculation, either way he was super sincere and sweet! I just told them; I had a nut allergy and couldn't have my drink with Coconut or Almond milk and that it was supposed to be with lemonade. They remade my drink, and they were so sweet about it, cleaned a pitcher (which was not needed but greatly appreciated) just to avoid any allergic reactions and honestly were just so sweet about it all. 11/10 service from the dude with the beanie Alex, lady in the colored hair and the third barista in the white shirt! Anyone with allergies beware. I ordered an iced coffee with no classic and vanilla syrup. Started drinking the iced drink and realized a several sips in that it tasted funny. Looked at it and it was an almond iced flat white. I have an almond allergy. It could have been a lot worse, but I was able to take medication with only minimal discomfort. I did report this to them and honestly don't feel like they realized this was a big deal. It's on me to check my drink, and I should have done that. I also understand if the drink had originally had almond (I don't order anything that contains it so there's no chance it can be messed up) but this wasn't even close to what I ordered. People are human, they make mistakes but lesson learned to check my cup every time. read more

This Starbucks used to have phenomenal service but they have seriously been slacking the last few months! I think it's because the crew had changes. This is the 4th time I walk in to pick up my mobile order and it's not ready (even though it was placed more than 5 minutes ago). And every time I sit down to wait, not a single one of the crew members asks me what the name for the order is. Not saying their quality of drinks is lacking, still exceptionally satisfying beverages. It's the baristas that seem to be lacking their "Starbucks enthusiasm" and quick pace of work. This place is the quickest, most polite, and most consistent "fast food" place in town if you want to call it that. They command their drive thru like Bill Belichick is coaching them, as it goes faster than any McDonalds I've been to. Every employee is extremely nice even in rush hour times. Everything is clean and merchandise is neatly organized throughout the building. Truly a great experience every time I'm there. read more

I know, as far as coffee and food goes, Starbucks is pretty standard. When you going to want Starbucks, you've gone to them all. This Starbucks always gets a 5-star review as far as quality of the drinks they make and the super friendliness of their staff. The four stars I guess it's for Starbucks in general, because they have not really updated their menu to include some healthy lunch options. I guess as somebody who can't really have Danish and wraps and English muffins as part of their diet , this is a real disaster of a place to find something to eat other than a smoothie, Rice Crispy Treat, or a yogurt if I choose not to put the granola in, which is probably why the yogurt is so expensive in the first place. Acrually, all of the quick food that they serve is rather expensive considering that you could go next door to Subway and pick up an entire grinder for the same price you get the yogurt for. But I diverge, if you like to have some steamed soy milk in your coffee like I do, and if you like people to know your name and be singing along to the music at the store enjoying their jobs and life in general, this is the Starbucks for you. read more

Just got a non-fat chai and was almost done drinking it and saw that it was a whole milk one. I am going to go die now. Been here at least 10 times and always enjoyed it, but they have also screwed up my drinks a few times (black tea lemonade normally just becomes black tea) they seem pre-occupied with other things and I just overall am not happy. It is a cute starbucks too, and I want to give this place five stars, but after what I unknowingly drank this morning, I can't even give this place two stars. I am going to feel like an asshole coming back tomorrow and telling them what happened, but I can't pay for a drink that I didn't ask for nor, wanted to drink. I was already at home drinking it when I realized what had happened. The girl even asked "non-fat right?" The way she asked me, led me to believe that they actually did whole milk and not non-fat. Then as I was 3/4ths done with my chai did I see the label Tazo Chai Latte (it always says Non Fat) it did not today and now my body will be ill from all this fat. read more

This Starbucks stands out because the Baristas are extra friendly and know a lot of the customers stopping in. As far as layout and amenities, it's a standard Starbucks plus a drive thru. Most of the tables are small two person tables and there's one larger table in the corner, which is usually taken by someone on a laptop. I went through the drive through with my dog and asked for a puppucinno. I was told that per the manager the would not provide a small puppucinno as it is a waste. I am not sure how a small paper cup is more of a waste then all the plastic they continue to use. I have never been to a Starbucks who did not offer or have any trouble giving a puppucinno. Went to this Starbucks today and was pleasantly surprised by the customer service. I believe the person working the drive-thru said their name was Ricky Bobby - so upbeat and pleasant. I visit this store on a weekly basis (if not daily at times). The service is beyond great - everytime i go in the barista(s) know my order without even having to ask. That gives it the small town, personal feel that i have yet to find at other starbucks stores i frequent. As an additonal positive, its never really over crowded and the line (if any) is manageable. read more

A Starbucks is what it is, in other words, what you see is what you get. In the west, they are common. In this part of the east they are far and few between. My wife was getting desperate so was pleased when we found this store. Her iced tea was prepared exactly as she ordered it. She has it the same way wherever she is. She was happy. The bold coffee I ordered was what I wanted: strong and flavorful. The staff was friendly all drinks were prepared quickly. The store was full. We were not the only customers.
