This is now a sacred memory. The sandwich menu is concise and thoughtfully balanced, and the side offerings are an unexpected delight. Chips, pickled vegetables, and a handful of walnuts that make the plate feel like an adventure. (A brief question about allergies upon ordering would be a helpful touch.)
