As impressive as the customer service was, the cake was still the highlight. They offered so many thoughtful options for flavors and customization, and I chose a vanilla cake with vanilla frosting and lemon curd filling. It was absolutely perfect. The cake was light and fluffy, the lemon curd added just the right amount of brightness, and the frosting was so delicious that people were practically fighting over it. It was easily one of the biggest hits of the night. One of my mom's friends is gluten free, and they also made her a chocolate cupcake with raspberry frosting so she could enjoy something special too. It was delicious, beautifully done, and such a thoughtful addition. I have walked past The Latest Kraez countless times while walking my dog, but somehow always seemed to miss their hours. When it came time to order my mom's birthday cake, I knew I finally wanted to try them, and it turned out to be the best decision. From their kindness and flexibility to the quality of everything they made, they helped make my mom's celebration even more memorable. I will absolutely be ordering from them again.

From the start, communicating with the owner was an uphill battle; he was rude, dismissive, and utterly stubborn, refusing to listen to our ideas and forcing his own style onto a custom cake we had a very specific vision for. Despite emailing him clear inspiration photos showing detailed outer piping and the exact phrase "Miss 20 something", he completely played in our faces on pickup day. He refused our explicit wording request and wrote "Happy 20 something" instead, completely left off the border details from the reference picture, and handed us a plain heart cake that looked nothing like what we paid for. To make matters worse, when we opened the box, we discovered lemon buttercream smeared on top a flavor we never requested or agreed to, which is not only completely unprofessional but also a major health hazard had we served it to someone with a citrus allergy. The owner's blatant disrespect for our order, total lack of basic customer service, and disregard for safety are unacceptable, and I will never spend another dime at this business

I ordered cookies Monday night for Tuesday (12-7pm) Because that's her delivery window, No cookies came Tuesday and no cookies came Wednesday.
