The cake was light and fluffy, the lemon curd added just the right amount of brightness, and the frosting was so delicious that people were practically fighting over it. It was easily one of the biggest hits of the night. One of my mom's friends is gluten free, and they also made her a chocolate cupcake with raspberry frosting so she could enjoy something special too. It was delicious, beautifully done, and such a thoughtful addition. I have walked past The Latest Kraez countless times while walking my dog, but somehow always seemed to miss their hours.
