I am the kind of person who likes to go out for dinner and pecks through the day, so sandwiches aren't always my go to food for breakfast/lunch because they are a bit heavy for a midday meal for me. Other people I know who swear by these sandwiches will choose to go to Ray Ray's every time over one of the fast food options for certain. Moolicious On a Thursday night around 7 I visited Moolicious. My parents didn't feel like cooking so we got take-out. I had been here before only for ice cream and everytime it had been busy but the staff keeps the process quick. It was not busy seeing as it was past the average dinner hour so there was many open spots to use. My family and I got right in line and it wasn't long till we made it to the counter but, even if you do have to wait in a long line it is still worth it. Waiting for take out we sat as picnic tables that were clean and didn't have any melted ice cream or trash. The inside was roomy, neat and the bathrooms were organized. They also have goats and bunnies and even though they're animals there cages are clean. This made everything more appealing knowing it came from a clean kitchen and restaurant. There was three girls working the front window and they were pacient when I was picking out what I wanted and the one who rang us up was friendly. They were respectful and I would go back especially because the workers were so good. Once I got my food we drove home and after I uncovered it the sandwich and fries were soggy. This didn't have anything to do with the restaurant staff since I was the once who covered it and allowed to steam to stay trapped. I ordered their grilled cheese and french fries. The portions were abundant and the melted cheese complimented the soft bread. The taste was flavorful and the presentation was neat and i would have enjoyed it more if i uncovered it but it was still a meal I liked. I would highly recommend you go here whether you have kids or not for an ice cream or meal. This restaurant left me satisfied and i cant wait to return again. read more

One change since my last visit is that you now order the ice cream outside instead of inside. The line was long but it moved surprisingly fast. I do wish they offered samples and this time they were missing some of the more unique flavors that I like to try. Kiddo and Wifey got the Orange Pineapple, and they both loved it. The best part was that it wasn't overly sweet. It was light, fruity, refreshing, and the pineapple pieces throughout gave it great texture. My mom got half raspberry and half pineapple from the non dairy sorbet options and really enjoyed both. I went with the Black Raspberry Chip and it was so good. This is that old-school ice cream I grew up with. If you've had it before, you know exactly what I mean. That said, after trying another place just three minutes away, I do think that other ice cream is creamier. I personally prefer a creamier texture, while my wife likes a firmer scoop, so it really comes down to preference. One thing to know before ordering: when they say "one scoop" they really mean one scoop. Don't expect an oversized serving. There are chickens and cows roaming around the farm, which adds to the experience. The animals looked happy, and while seating is limited, there are both indoor and outdoor places to sit and enjoy your ice cream. Overall, this is still a great stop and one I've enjoyed for years. This place is well worth visiting for the farm atmosphere, beautiful views, and classic homemade ice cream.
