My friend got the Mango & Raspberry crape and I got the Shrimp Avocado. We could see the staff making them from where we were sitting. They freshly made the crape, then carefully placed each ingredient and wrapped it. My crape had, lightly cooked shrimp, avocado, edamame, carrots, peppers, spinach and seasoning. This was brought out to me in a paper cone. This whole concept is genius, nothing fell out, not a single leaf of spinach or a single bean of edamame. This was very fresh and delicious.
