It's a Portuguese bakery. It's a Polish bakery. It's a grocery store for both ethnicities. It sells DIRT CHEAP delicious bakery goods. Case in point - the two Napoleons we bought for an embarrassingly low $1.60 each. 1) They were pretty big. 2) They were incredibly fresh and flaky. 3) The crème filling was wonderful. 4) The chocolate frosting was so good it seemed like a gift from the gods. Want some frozen pierogies? They have 'em by the bagful. Want a big giant fresh loaf of multi-grain bread for $2.60? How about some cupcakes or danish trays or loaf cakes? Here ya go, buddy, you'll find them all right here. What a find...

Great find. Very fresh bread as well as coffee. Everything was great and not too sweet while also being appropriately priced

Mom and pop owned bakery in Chicopee. Their chocolate truffle cake is my favorite. Tiramisu is also a classic and always fresh

The employees did not rush or intrude while we looked at the options. Very good social awareness. Happily answered questions. - Vibe: Small, hyper-local bakery. Mostly people who seemed to be regulars. Not busy. - Pricing: Very fair! We got 5 items for $14 and some change. So a little under $3/item - Food: SO GOOD. We got 2 donuts (sugar and glazed, biggest donuts I've seen in my life btw), a brownie, a chocolate cupcake, and a ham & cheese croissant (again, biggest croissant i've seen in my life). The sweets were perfect. The croissant came cold but reheated well in the air fryer. Overall a hidden gem. My only complaint (which is a borderline non-issue) is I wish they used a different packaging for the brownie. The fudge top completely stuck to the wrapper they used. I had to scrape it out of the wrapper and put it back on the brownie before eating.

Not a very large place tucked away in a neighborhood type setting. Plenty of delicious options for you to check out and purchase. Breads, donuts, fruit bars......the list goes on and on! I picked up a dozen donuts to take in to work. The Boston creams and the jelly donuts are HUGE. People weren't kidding about that, they're the size of my hand! Most folks aren't going to be able to eat more than one. I seriously struggled with two........and the flavor of the donuts were wonderful. Like they used to make them back in the day. Way better than DD, Chmura's puts DD to ABSOLUTE shame. Check them out you won't be sorry! I'll be going back for sure!

I had just seen Donut Dip pop up in an online article as the best donut place in Massachusetts and so I had to stop. Donut Dip is an old school donut shop, a large selection of a wide variety of flavors are on display. The short line moved quickly and I ordered an Apple Fritter and a Chocolate topped custard stick for the road. The price was a bit higher than I expected but the donuts were big and looked great and I wanted some food for the road so I didn't have to stop. The Apple Fritter was good, however it seemed to be a bit light on actual apple piece and while tasty it just wasn't anything special. The Custard stick was excellent, the custard was rich and luscious which nicely balanced the perfectly fried donut, the topping was thick and chocolaty giving the donut an old school feel. Although I didn't have a long visit I would say that overall Donut Dip has very good to great donuts. The shop feels classic and if I was nearby I would love to try some of the other flavors. Well worth a stop to check them out.
