Long table

Kind of disappointing depending on what you want. Good for drive thru, pre-orders. But there are two tables. One for about two people to sit at and then a long one with many chairs. I wanted to do some work on laptop but barista said WiFi was bad in the building. While I was sitting contemplating my next move... I felt a vibe they just don't want ppl to hang out. Very clean bathrooms and common area.

two cups of coffee on a table in a classroom

Their drinks are good just bit expensive and too much ice but their drink so good and I love their cake pops

Free coffee today. yeeeey.!!. why? Because I was waiting for too long in the drive thru, that's a great thing to do to keep your clients happy. I Love it. I got the Venti Salted Caramel cold brew, strong, and lil bit sweet, that's what I need.

Strawberry green tea infusion lemonade. Refreshing!

Since Starbucks is a chain restaurant, I usually review based on cleanliness, customer service and any sort of unique features. Cleanliness: 10/10! They do a great job making sure the dine-in space is spotless and organized. They do this all day (trust me I know, thank you 6-hour study session) Customer service: you can hear Fred making everyone's day from the drive-thru. Awesome staff all-around. Very quick and ready to answer any questions Uniqueness: the lighting. No joke. It sets a great ambiance to study in.

It's great if you need to study or work and be left alone. Coffee and other items are what you come to expect from Starbucks--good stuff all the time. Staff don't really talk to customers, and sometimes I get the feeling I am bothering them, especially from the Store Manager. She's one of the most impersonal workers there. I worked for Starbucks for 4 years ago, at a great store in NJ. Though we were very busy, high volume store, it always felt like a small town pub or coffee house. Everyone knew each other and by name. Knew you and your family, or so it felt, Ron mattered when you came in. And the cane in, repeatedly; they were loyal customers (and so was I when I stopped working there). That's a Miracle In busy NJ. In contrast, I've been coming to this Store (on Roberts) for couple of years now. When I have to. It's closer to where I leave. They don't know who I am, my order, an I know I have not had a discern conversation with them. So regularly drive another 15 minutes for a store that I enjoying being at and working from (on Grand in St Paul), the take time to know you and it seems to them that you matter. Makes my day a littler better and for them too (I have spoken to the major various times, that what he aims for. Not Just Business). I agree with him. So if you're in a hurry and/or want to be left alone and enjoy good coffee then this is the place. Trust me, they leave you alone. they won't drag on any "boring" conversations.

It has good drinks but I ended up getting around 4oz of drink because there was so much ice for $5 even though I asked for none.

This is a small coffee shop almost to the downtown area. There is neighborhood parking all around(free) just make sure you are reading the signs correctly. As I walked in, it had such a cozy and welcoming feeling. The brick, smell of coffee and people chatting really gave this a classic coffee shop vibe! Almost like being in a book! The service... i asked for my coffee iced and to have oat milk. Neither of those requests were fulfilled. Now, I do like hot coffee, so I didn't complain and I will say the coffee was delicious. The temp was perfect for drinking right away. I am lactose intolerant, so I didn't realize I didn't get my oat milk until after I left if you catch my drift haha. The person taking my order seemed frazzled and wasn't very friendly. I had also ordered another baked goods but I guess she didn't hear because upon checking my receipt, it wasn't listed. It wasn't overly busy, but may be she was new? Not sure, but it did leave a bit of a bad taste for this place. The scone was very tasty and I would recommend getting it warmed up. I would give this place a try again, but it's not a place I plan to visit again soon.

I came in right before closing (like minutes before), but the barista was welcoming, friendly, and recommended the salty dog. It had caramel and chocolate.... I wasn't saying no to this delicious afternoon pick me up. The cozy brick space, friendly atmosphere, and community board gave such a charming St. Paul vibe. I took my coffee to go, but decided right away I'll definitely be back for a December holiday drink or two (eggnog latte and peppermint mocha, I'm coming for you!). HUGE bonus in my book- parking is easy and free as it's street parking.

My plans changed on Saturday, thanks to a three-hour flight delay getting to the Twin Cities from Toronto. When I finally got into a rental vehicle at 1 pm, I decided to drive to West Saint Paul to check out this place. This nutrition studio is next to H&R Block in a huge plaza. I found a parking spot steps away from the main entrance. It occurred to me when I had parked and looked at the storefront that I have been here. It used to be Hangout Nutrition. I was trying to find a place to get healthy shakes and teas with no to low sugar in them back in November 2021. I tried a tea from Hangout Nutrition. It was okay, but it wasn't as yummy as what I get from ZeeV's Nutrition in Toronto. The Bar Nutrition has taken over the space that Hangout Nutrition once occupied. I was immediately greeted by Ashley. I got to meet Tony for the first time, who was working behind the bar with her. The space feels cozier and more welcoming. Ashley let me know that Liz made a lot of design changes. I liked them. Ashley was happy that I knew about Hangout Nutrition. She used to work at another business in this plaza, and would get shakes and teas from this place. She agreed that they weren't as yummy as those from NCN. The cool thing about this second location is that the menu is identical to the one at NCN. It makes things easier. I got the pineapple dreamer tea. It consists of pomegranate, raspberry, coconut, and pineapple flavours. It's essentially a pina colada with a pomegranate-raspberry twist. Tony made my tea. It was awesome. I loved it. Sadly, it's only available till September. I have never sat at any of their studios to enjoy a drink. I did on Saturday, mainly because I wanted to post a few stories on Instagram to help spread the word about this new location. There isn't any guest wifi at this studio yet. However, it's next to H&R Block that I used its guest wifi. I paid with a credit card. You can also order ahead using the Engage app. Sadly, it doesn't support credit cards with a Canadian billing address, so I can't use it. Even though my plans had changed getting down to the Twin Cities, visiting this new studio made my day. Congrats, Liz and Ashley! I had a great experience with my tea, and look forward to trying the shakes and getting more teas. (378)
