I don't drink coffee! Genuinely loathe it but Starbucks has a lot to offer, even to people like myself. Their hot chocolate is delicious plus, grab a croissant with it and that is a pretty great way to start the day or finish it. I do delivery driving and end up at this location a lot. I never mind it since their parking lot is their own. It is tucked in so usually you are not competing for space. They are also very quick to get their orders out for everyone and are super friendly. Also, I have been to this one on multiple occasions, different days etc... Some locations seem to attract people to 'hang' out which is cool - there are the occasional people reading a paper with their coffee and there are great sitting areas for that. There is not a lot of outdoor area and I have not really seen the dog people. No offence to dog folks at all but I've had overly friendly dogs practically maul me so I see dogs at places and I get nervous - I have legs with massive tendon damage. But certain areas have a lot of dog walking people stop for coffee and hang and this seems to not be the case at this one. read more

I don't know what it is about this Starbucks, but it is the most unfriendly place. There's one particular barista who has an attitude towards her customers that's more bossy than welcoming. She doesn't smile, chit chat, welcome. I frequent Starbucks at a variety of locations almost every day and this is the only one where I feel unwelcome and it's because of this one barista. I won't be going to this Starbucks anymore, even though I live nearby. I'm a customer, not a child or student to be talked down to. read more

Love our local Starbucks. They are always very sweet, helpful, and the location is clean and well stocked. Thankful we can walk to it. Would be fun if they could extend hours for those days that the community has events (e.g. - the Christmas tree lighting, etc.) as I would come for hot cocoa and treat after. This may be too hard with a larger company but it's any interesting idea to get more integrated into the community. Either way I think the staff does a great job! read more

First off, this is a Starbucks which holds true to the quality and consistency you expect from a Starbucks. The decor is consistent including round tables (have you noticed them before). Their tables are round so solo diners do not feel as lonely. They do have one square table and a large bench type if you are into square. The staff are friendly and know many regulars by name. I have always seen them burn through lines fairly quick. There are always interesting customers if you hang out. Could be business meetings, Moms getting together, people meeting for religious reasons, sports talk for local teams, retirees reading, kids meeting up, etc. Enjoy. read more

This is my local starbucks... usually pretty good but lately they seemed disorganized. I ordered online to pickup twice in the past few weeks and my order wasn't ready either time. The last time, the drink wasn't made properly and when I mentioned it, the barista tried to add the wrong item to my drink to make it work, but it wasn't the same. Some flavors etc aren't added or they're out. Customers ignore the COVID precautions in place and no one corrects it. Wish I had a better option. read more

Afternoon and evening staff alike are both friendly and cheerful. The building is well maintained throughout, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting. While I typically refrain from ordering coffees at Starbucks due to drinking it black, and being able to tell quite easily from that if it's burned - which it is, at most locations - I have never had bad coffee at this one. I had a mobile order of just a sandwich and a cheese and fruit box. I waited for 15 minutes before I asked how much longer it would be. Turns out it was just sitting on their back counter (not the mobile pick up counter). They thought I had a drink even though the tickets said items 2 of 2. Was slightly annoyed but more so annoyed I didn't even get a "my bad" let alone and "I'm sorry". The sandwich was not warm, surprise surprise. read more

I'm not sure why this store can never get 'extra room' right. I pay for an extra shot ask for extra room (ya know, less water) and they hand me my cafe filled to the brim. Really tired of dumping my coffee out so I have THE EXTRA ROOM as requested. Can I come back inside and fuss with the constant apologies and we'll make it right? This Starbucks certainly meets the quality and consistency standard (like another reviewer mentioned) you'd expect from a Starbucks. The workers seem very engaged and quick paced. It did not take long for them to make my drink with a moderate number of people in line and in the building. The employees are very happy and energetic. Their attitude brightens your day. This location can get quite busy, especially during a snow storm, but it's always enjoyable to come in. Will be back soon. read more

After I paid for my breakfast sandwich and waited, I was informed they were all out of the one I ordered. So I went back to the bakery case to choose another, reordered and waited again (in the same spot I ordered). After a few minutes I saw the barista pull what I assumed was my sandwich out if the oven, bag it, walk right past me, then continue to stocked sleeves while clenching the sandwich, then literally toss it at the girl making the drinks. I listened but never heard it called out. I finally walked over there, noticed the sandwich just sitting there and finally asked it was mine. No apologies from anyone. This location one serves beer and wine in the evenings. LOVE IT! Great small plates, good wine selection. So fun!

Great staff and if you order mobile it's always waiting for you when you walk in so the wait time is essentially non-existent.

This location has the slowest service I have seen and the girls behind the counter are always having a personal conversation. Only stop in if there is no other option. read more
