I'm not a big coffee drinker, but I received a gift card for Starbucks for Christmas. I mainly get chai teas and stuff like that. The limited times that I've been to starbucks, it always is a hit or miss kind of thing. Sometimes the drinks are good sometimes they're bad. Today it was okay... a little bland, but I don't mind it having less sugar. I don't know if it's a standard to get the sleeve, but they forgot mine read more

I know that in my previous review, I wrote about how the service was pretty bad. But two years later, it has improved drastically! I don't know if they had to retrain people or if they hired whole new staff, but whatever the current staff is doing keep it up! The drinks taste amazing, the staff is extremely friendly even when it's super busy, and lately they have been writing and drawing some of the cutest things on their cups! It's the little things! read more

Starbucks - Iced Caramel Macchiato. Looks good, taste ok, but definitely not worth the rude customer service!! - Coffee & Tea Near Me - West Grove, Pennsylvania

The customer service was terrible. A young teenager working there wouldn't let me place my order and told me to leave because I was going to "hold up the line" while I waited for 15 minutes to order. When I explained that I had been waiting, she responded, "Make a turn and get back in line." read more

The old lady who takes orders at the drive through at this location seems more interested in arguing with customers than providing proper service. I've had issues here with the same old lady on 2 separate occasions in less than a week. I don't even like yelp but I felt compelled to download the app to write my first ever review. Thats how bad she is. read more

I ordered a bacon egg and cheese and it had a sliver of bacon on the side of the sandwich. Then I ordered a grande drink and they gave it to me half filed! read more

Clean inside and out. Friendly smiling staff. Bought one bag of coffee and ordered a hot caramel macchiato (my fave) and a ham & Swiss croissant. The order was filled very efficiently. Sat outside to enjoy. Easy parking and this location has drive thru. The food and coffee were delicious, especially the croissant as the ham and Swiss was rolled into the pastry rather than the croissant being cut open. All quality ingredients. Nice open well lit seating area. First thing me inside as I have always done drive thru before. Very pleasing visit. read more

My caramel macchiato was sour as if they used expired products to make it. Wasted $6 on a drink for it to go right in the trash. Very inconsistent with their drinks. One day it's really good and the next day I get something like this. read more

I went through the drive thru to pick up my mobile order. The gentleman at the window was very friendly, my order was correct and my strawberry refresher tastes amazing. read more

Well they did it AGAIN. Ordered an iced coffee with cream. Gave me whipped cream. They "fixed" it- they gave me tan coloured milk. ZERO coffee. Instead of starting with a new cup they "fix" the old one. I am finished with this location. read more

The coffee is really good. High recommendation. My favorite is a toffee nut latte with whip and caramel drizzle

4 stars for going inside to order - 3 stars for drive-thru which was so busy there was no way we'd get in and out in time. My kid got a seasonal, sugar-laden chestnut brulee latte and I got a standard iced latte. Both were delicious. No issues. read more

If you have anything planned for the day other than waiting for your coffee, I'd suggest selecting a different Starbucks. There are like 1000 people working there, but even when it's not busy the orders take forever, they don't announce whose drink is up, and 1/2 of the time the order is wrong. Do. Not. Recommend. read more

I have never had an issue with this Starbucks. However, the man working at the window 6/17 @ 7pm needs an attitude adjustment. After ordering six drinks, the girl told me my total was $20. I instantly knew drinks were missing from my order but figured I would ask at the window because I understand sh*t happens. I pulled up to the window and asked the guy to please read me my order. As soon as I told him there were two drinks missing and what they were, this BOY started HUFFING, PUFFING, and ROLLING his eyes. He called a girl over (the one who took my order?) and she told him to calm down because she added them and she would make them. I don't know if he had a bad day, if he works for free, or maybe he didn't know how to add the drinks to my order??? but that is not how you treat a customer. This was truly the worse customer service I have ever experienced. read more

Whether on the go or seated for a friendly conversation, this location provides consistently excellent service. Comfortably seating 35 people -- at a counter, around tables, or leather loungers -- this is a reliable place to meet up. Seeing other comments, I typically pre-order my beverage. Whatever I order is consistently ready and waiting as I walk through the door. (I do not have drive-through experiences; however, during busy times, there is a notable line.) read more

SO SLOW!!!! When there's a line of three cars in the drive thru, it shouldn't take 20 minutes to get your drink... absolutely ridiculous. The drinks were well-prepared and they were friendly at this Starbucks. But I sat in the drive thru for 20 minutes. Really annoying. I wouldn't go here if you have plans afterwards, you'll be late read more

This is a fine Starbucks--just like any other. I have only been through the drive through, and to do that takes about 10 minutes. Still, that's less than other Starbucks... The staff are friendly and they have always gotten my order correct. read more

I mean...what can ya say? It's a Starbucks. If you like their food and drinks, and need a place to relax or get work done, you'll have a good time. The staff are great and I've never had a bad drink from there (that wasn't my fault...it took me a while to get the Starbucks ordering system down so there were times when I'd order something that I didn't really want on accident...but even then, it was tasty!) read more

It is SO great to have a Starbucks in West Grove. This is a nice place to study or meet friends. There is ample seating and it is fairly large inside. There is also a drive thru, which is great at this location. The downside is that the service is pretty slow. If you're used to going to Starbucks in cities, you'll feel like everything is happening in excruciatingly slow motion. But in the end the coffee is exactly the high quality expected from Starbucks, so it is worth the wait. read more

Incompetent Incompetent Incompetent The absolute worst of everything. Horrible service, they serve the incorrect drinks without fail and when brought to their attention they give you attitude like it was your fault they're terrible, never an apology, ever. Having worked in the Hospitality industry for over 30 years I am less than impressed with the customer service, or lack thereof, that we received. Cashier was not at all friendly, terse would describe him well. No thank you and our order sat getting cold at the pick up counter, because no one notified us it was ready. Table we sat at was dirty, but it was the only one available, other tables had empty cups and/or trash on them. Are customers supposed to clear these tables so they have someplace to sit? Very Dissatisfied .... read more

This Starbucks used to be the best. Most of the staff that made this location are now gone. And it's gone down hill. I actually dread going there but it's closer than KSQ. read more

This was my first time going to a Starbucks location that has a drive-thru. It was mid-day so it wasn't too busy. The space is pretty big inside and there was also outdoor seating. The workers seem very attentive and didn't give any attitude, which is a plus for me. The quality of my drink was alright, I mean it is Starbucks, and it always depends who makes your drinks for you. However, as a non-regular to this location, I can taste the difference in the drink I normally order at my local Starbucks. I ordered a grande iced green tea with six pumps of classic instead of the normal four. I wasn't able to taste the green tea- it seem like they ran out of the green tea and had to dilute it with the filtered water while they were making more green tea for later on. The extra two pumps of classic overpowered the diluted green tea, if the tea wasn't so diluted, I SHOULD have been able to taste the proportionate drink of both the green tea and sweetness. read more

I use Starbucks all the time (probably too much) but this was my first experience with this store and with a Starbucks drive thru. First off, there's just no reason in the world that a person should sit in a drive thru with 4 cars for over ten minutes. I've made drinks, it can definitely be done faster. Secondly, I got a grande iced caramel macchiato with "extra, extra, extra caramel and an extra shot of espresso". I got all that extra caramel because it balances out the bitterness of the espresso. Normally they'll just put it all inside the cup and therell end up being 1/4-1/2" of caramel on the bottom; it's perfection. But here they just put a tiny bit on top of the whipped cream and that was it. So not even the normal amount of caramel, nonetheless extra, extra, extra. It may seem like a stupid thing but it stops me from liking the coffee I just paid $5 for and heavens know I'd already spent too long there to go back around or inside the store to get it fixed. Not impressed with this place. Better luck next time read more

I've been to this Starbucks numerous times and this is consistently one of the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. I don't think the manager there has any concept of time. I've also repeatedly found the half-n-half container empty. The Starbucks at Longwood (15 minutes away) is run like a well oiled machine. I don't understand how they can be operated so differently. read more

I've only had a few bad experiences at this Starbucks, but the barista that was typically the issue has since moved to the Longwood location. I love this location. Drive-thru Starbucks is such a nice option for Jennersville. There are two baristas here that are exceptional in the mornings. The remainder of the staff is also very friendly. Coffee is always good, and hot. I love skinny vanilla lattes, but have had many other staples of the Starbucks menu at this store, and they are all good. Food options here are also fresh and tasty. I like the blueberry scone served warm. read more
