The "healthy start" platter may be named with tongue-in-cheek as it features two generously thick and smoky slices of bacon and two eggs but the grilled mushrooms, avocado, and roasted potatoes made for an awesome brunch! Their giant pancakes are probably the best any restaurant can offer - better than many so-called "pancake houses." A stack of three is probably more than anyone can finish! The chipotle chicken panini was also more than I could eat at one sitting, the serving was so generous. This is not "fast food." Everything is cooked to order and is brought to the table when it is ready, so everyone may not be eating at the same moment, but everyone will be served a fresh dish, not one sitting under a heat lamp for 10 minutes while the rest of the order is finished. When we arrived at the restaurant, they had just received a large delivery of fresh produce that had yet to be stocked and I have to tell you that Flowers is ordering some high quality produce to serve its customers.

The latte was real with bits of lavender in there the perfect not too sweet touch, tea steeped to actually give you the London fog flavor not just the flavor of hot milk. Perfection. I just wish it had been even more cold and rainy outside and maybe I had an even bigger fluffy chair by the window and no emails. :) But seriously so productive.
