I am a huge fan of flowers cafe. It is small, locally owned, uniquely decorated and beloved in the community. I've tried a few breakfast options, they've all been fresh, fast and with large portions. The smoothies are delicious, though I don't buy them because they're premade and sitting in disposable cups. My only recommendation for improvement is to eliminate disposable and single use plastic for all dine-in services. read more

Two fried eggs (expertly guided by the amazing Cynthia, the hostess who helped me decide how to have them--give that woman a raise!), laid over warm tortillas with chorizo, beans, green chili salsa, crema, and red onions that came in like a flavor mic drop. Every bite was magic. The breakfast potatoes? Crispy golden cubes of joy. I'd defend them with my life. To drink? Their fresh carrot-orange-pineapple juice tasted like liquid sunshine. This was a great place to stop on our travels! Th menu was great for a breakfast or lunch we opted for the smoked salmon and the bacon bagels. They were excellent and plenty. Great new cafe in Oxford. Ed stopped in on a Saturday morning and there were a few other people dining in too. Service was friendly and coffee was very good. Food comes out as it is cooked, which can mean longer ticket times for the table but everything is hot when you get it.
