WORST STARBUCKS EVER, I was a beautiful day and i decided to stop on this location for a cold drink, i took my 30 minutes break from my job and literally wasted the whole 30 minutes there waiting for a stupid drink that could have been made in 20 seconds . I'm so torn with this review because the staff has always been super sweet and I've always had great drinks/food there. However, I avoid this Starbucks at all costs because of the parking lot. The drive through is a complete disaster and moves incredibly slowly. I'm usually able to bypass a slow DT by placing a mobile order and picking up in store, but because of the way the DT wraps around the lot it's impossible to get your car out when you're trying to leave because another car is always blocking you. read more

This Starbucks location is great! Never had an issue with my drinks or the baristas. The parking lot situation is a little frustrating but I've found that a lot of people park in the k mart parking lot & just walk over to avoid it if not going through the DT. The other night I mistakenly thought they closed later than they did & got there with 1 minute before closing time yet they still took my order & were super kind about it bc I felt terrible! One of my favorite starbucks in NJ. Why? Here is why: Charismatic Baristas. Fast service. Knowledge of speciality coffee, on par. Clean and neat environment with plenty of chairs and tables. Drive-thru service is a plus. Free wifi is always important. Great location for students, employees and drivers. Would even recommend studying here too. This is the worst Starbucks ever. The last two times I went they have lost part of my order and I spent 20 min waiting for them to realize half my order was missing and then make it. The first time I just left without it, essentially donating $2 to the Starbucks, and the second time I waited but it caused a huge backup in the drive thru. Even then they didn't make my order right. I come here before going to work most Mondays. It's a drive through but to me driving through a cafe--even starbucks--is sacrilegious. So I sit inside. It is nice and quiet, a few folks working on their laptops, and the AM staff are always nice and make an effort to remember your name and order. Because it's not super busy the staff aren't too rushed so they do a good job with your drink. It's always clean as well. read more

I always stop in after work to get a tall pike with cold soy. Never any lines. Brandon is always super helpful and efficient. I'm there probably a total of three minutes and then drive back onto the highway. Only downside is that I love Veranda coffee and this store doesn't serve :( read more

I decided to stop there before my next appointment. The drive thru line was so long so I went inside. There were 6 workers there just standing around doing nothing. All I wanted was a peach iced lemonade tea! The guy at the register had his back to the register and was engaging in conversation with two other workers. I said excuse me to get his attention. The other girls were just hanging around and playing on their phones. I asked after 5 minutes where my tea was and another girl said she was just starting it. I go to this Starbucks all the time because it's very close to my house. The employees are usually very nice and helpful. The drive through line can sometimes back up which partly is because of the small awkward parking lot but sometimes it's just sloooow moving. People waiting on the drive through line can sometimes mistakenly be cut off by other people who don't realize they are on the line (Starbucks needs to fix this issue). I typically get regular or iced coffee with soy milk and they are typically made the way I want. Smoked bacon egg and cheddar sandwich is very good but on the small side. I will continue to return to this location, but sometimes if the drive through line is long you'll just drive past unfortunately as the entire parking lot can get chaotic. This Starbucks is a life saver, even though there is another Starbucks location close by at a plaza shopping center this one has a drive thru! Like seriously a drive thru, it's meant for us lazys that don't want to have to park and get out our vehicles for some Starbucks goodness or the people rushing on the go. the lines could get long especially with only about 10 parking spots available/taken at this location! This Starbucks has its good and bad aspects. The staff is really friendly and they make the drinks really well with rare mistake. However, if you're coming here to study or get some work done, make sure to bring some noise cancelling headphones because the staff can sometimes get loud. Also, make sure all your electronics are charged because almost all their outlets don't work and are merely there for decoration. But they do have a giant table that a family can share to talk or a group can use a workstation. Overall, solid place to get coffee and food. read more

The drive thru and parking lot needs to be redesigned. When there is a long line at the drive through there is absolutely no room for the cars.
